Very nice park, good area for the kids to play run and have fun. I usually walk around the whole park while they play.

Cool little triangle park to go kick back at. Nice neighborhood didn't see any homeless people living there. Has a bathroom and I think three tables with benches two are close together and the other one is across the park.

A very nice park for children and family picnics and Recreation , bathrooms are semi-clean it all depends on the people who use it and how dirty they are .The park people on keep it pretty clean everyday.

Very nice clean, quiet area. With lots of great shade trees and grass areas to sit on or tables to picnic at. Because its such a safe lil neighborhood too.

Beautiful little gem of a park hidden right in the center of Modesto. Bathrooms were locked when we visited, little girls got to go! We had to end our visit too soon.

I love the amount of shade there is. It gets super hot in the summer and all of the trees gives the kids a place to play without being directly in the sun
