In-Shape Family Fitness

In-Shape has been a wonderful find! I joined primarily for pickleball opportunities and have not been disappointed. The class instructors (Tim and Laura) are helpful, patient, funny, and enabling me to get better. Exactly what I was hoping for! The club is always very clean and the staff is always friendly - greeting me every time I come in. Truly a welcoming experience! I know that Omar manages this location and although I've never met him, he has my thanks for a job well done! Keep up the great work!

The staff at the club are really friendly and very welcoming. The equipment variety is ample and well maintained. The General Manager is great and very communicative and his results are reflected in the condition of the facilities.

If you play tennis or raquetball there is no better gym in town!

The staff is absolutely fantastic!
I enjoy the many class opportunities and the space, however, I wish they had repetitive classes for days and nights.
I wish for stricter 📷 regulations in the restroom, yes they have showers and I do mind when someone is taking a picture and my necked fat @$$ walks out (photo bombing it) 😁🤭

I am a bigger girl and I’ve never been one to like to go to the gym due to being self conscious. Well, I recently joined because I did lose weight and I want to keep it off. I signed up for the Aquafit class and I LOVE it!! Vanessa is so nice and amazing!! It’s a great environment and everyone in the class is nice as well!! The front staff is always nice to me too. They always make sure to say hello have a good work out and goodbye have a great day.

Great facilities. Locker rooms are clean. Plenty of equipment. Staff is polite, respectful, and helpful. Highly recommend

Group X classes are the best here, Shalee as coach / instructor is world-class!

Spacious and clean. Great variety of equipment. Expansive outdoor area. This club is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. They have a great pool and outdoor courts and both a downstairs and upstairs area.

The only con I have is how limited parking is- unfortunately this location has a tiny parking lot and during peak gym times it gets completely filled. There have been many times I've parked on a side street and walked over or skipped the gym entirely because I didn't want to look for parking.

Place has gotten better since I've been here last!

I have my whole family signed up. I love the atmosphere. There are many private areas if you dont enjoy working out with too much people. They have many anemities like the sauna and steam room within the men's and women's bathroom. I love it and very affordable.

I’ve has my fair share of gym memberships. I’d say one of my most favorite things about this specific gym is the location, the amount/variety of machines you have! And of course the staff.
Jen at the front desk has been nothing but sunshine! I’d like to personally thank you! Each day, you give me the best gym motivation! You always make my day! You deserve a raise Girl!
Lorraine is spectacular! She’s always on top of things! Cleaning and taking care of business!!
And last but not least Kyle, He gave me that extra push to work harder. Something that everyone needs when they’re trying to work out again!!

I love this gym. The staff is amazing. When I bring my daughter to kids club the receptionist always remembers her and it makes my daughter excited to go to the gym. Which helps motivate me to return. It is always clean. Thank you for the amazing gym!

Amazing place to work out and you meet so many new friend here. The instructors really friendly and they remember you 😍. In shape have everything you need and the app working fantastic.

Great gym! Love that there's a kids center so that your little ones can come along with you.

Nice, clean gym. The equipment is perfect for me. Weights, cardio, pool, steam room and sauna are all great amenities! Staff is friendly and free WiFi throughout the gym. The outdoor pool feels like a 'resort', little cabanas and some very nice lounge chairs. The In-Shape app is great to check in with. Add that you no longer need a contract, slam dunk!

The was extremely clean (Locker/Restrooms, Cardio area…etc), staff was friendly and helpful…we we’re here ten years ago and the club was in pristine condition then as well, thanks Bob & Maureen

I love my cycling class on Mondays at 6:30pm. The instructor Joe really pushes us- i actually sweat! I leave feeling like I had the best workout ever. He is funny and he actually gets to know us, making it encouraging/motivating to want to go back.

We joined the In-Shape gym because my husband and I are in our early 50’s and we want to loose weight but also to achieve strength and fitness. We took advantage and choice to have a personal trainer and Ariel was Awesome ! He has so much knowledge and helped us to learn so much about fitness. We are eager with excitement the goal to have fitness achievements .

Edit: In my previous review I expressed my concern that this location is the premier Visalia location but was seemingly being neglected. I have seen vast improvements to the upkeep of the facility which is a big win for staff and management. Thanks for hearing my voice!
