Super pleasant place start to finish. Reasonable amount of time on unloading. Around two hours. Unloaded super fast, saves refer fuel. It's one of the few locations that deserves a five-star rating. 🌟

Arrived at 830pm for 930pm appointment. Checked in at guard shack and was told to park in staging area until called for a door. Got a door at 845pm. Check in at receiving office at door 335. Restroom available there. Check in with lumper then to. Started unloading 3 pallets at 925pm. Lumper text to pay at 1040pm. Paperwork ready at 1056pm. Out at 11pm.

I was bit nervous after all reading all low star reviews. I don’t know the reason with them for delays but to me it is super fast. Lady working at guard shack is very polite and helpful. People working at receiving desk by door 138 are also very polite and professional including Capstone logistics. My Appointment was 10:30 pm , checked In an hour early and was out at 11:00 PM. You can checkin upto 4 hours early , if door available they’ll assign you door right away. Definitely come back.

Nice place only by appointment receiving open. 8 pm Guard check Girl Keyla she is very nice and friendly you can come 4 hours before appointment and wait staging area 👍

The lady that leaves at 4:00 p.m. is amazing she is courteous and professional. Unlike the short older lady with glasses that comes in after 4:00 she is very rude and unprofessional and generally doesn't like truck drivers. Very nasty towards truck drivers in her attitude.

They were pretty efficient at getting me in and unloaded and done. No complaints helpful and informative staff.

I arrived 11 hours early for my appointment. The guard was kind, had me park off to the side and wait about 15 minutes. Then I was told I would be able to be worked in early. And within 2 hours I was in the dock door being unloaded. Lumber fees and everything were automated, and had no problems making my delivery. Everybody inside the building and out was very kind and professional.

Arrived an hour early, they let me park in staging area. Delivery was normal 2 hours for Reefer. Lumper fee. Security told me you can actually arrive up to 4 hours early, so good to know for future deliveries.

Organized and quick unload. There is a lumper fee. Mine was 180.00.

Enter off Crows landing to guard shack. Fast process. About 2 hours to unload. Lumper fee

Not to bad of place. Got unloaded in about 1 hrs. Everybody was real nice. They bring paperwork to u when there done.

Appt: 0500, checked in 0400. Assigned door, back into door take seal and paperwork to check in office. Wait in your truck for text to pay lumpers. They will call you to pick up your paperwork at check in office. Close your doors and start grabbing gears. Easy place, good people.

The guy who works in night at gate very nice & helpful also maria both help me for delivery.

Open space , friendly people , lumper pay but very easy on capstone , restrooms available and unloaded in hour . Make sure you read and follow this yellow paper . 👍🏼

8 pm appointment. Arrived at 8pm. door right away leaving facility 9:05. Awesome job winco. Your doing something right

Lady at guard shack is very nice. Delivered dry load here appointment time 10:30pm but they took me at 8:30pm and out by 9:30pm.

When delivering, you can arrive up to 4hrs early. Took about 3hrs part appt time to get unloaded. Friendly.

Our trucks deliver here almost everyday , same load everytime , takes only an hour to get you out of there ! Best place if you are a truck driver, they will get you in & out quick !
