This is a Fantastic place, very quiet and Clean environment. The Signage is phenomenal very Clear Images Thank You for helping us with a CD most places want a Pdf or Email digitally it's like a Lost Art

This place is amazing! They do everything. I was learning how to use Print and Go. Austin was so patient and showed me several times. And I finally got it. He is a wonderful FedEx employee. I highly recommend this location!

Mariah was super helpful and very patient with us today. We had multiple transactions and she offered the best options in shipping. Friendly service and the store was clean and organized.

After ordering prints online and having the double-sided postcards shipped to home, I received a very poorly made postcards. I was truly upset, I went into the local store as I just had ordered a customer's postcards online to be shipped to home and DID NOT want that same result for them. Going into the store, I was assisted by Lynette. She showed me an example of how it was suppose to look and was shocked at the product we originally received. Lynette then went over all details for me to be able to provide EXCELLENT PRODUCTS without the fear of any horrible prints to occur. She walked me through the whole process, order to store, then have them ship it after they print it.

Lynette is a perfect example of how to handle any size business consumer situation and has guaranteed that all of my projects will come from them in the future.

The postcards that they printed looked fantastic! You can see the redacted photo and see the difference in results from them!

I have been working very hard on a project for some time now, so I have been in many times. And I am usually stressed, due to the nature of this project. Yet I have not ever had a bad experience there. Not even when they were operating with minimal staff. The manager worked every day for a few months I think and he never failed to make me feel welcome. They have added some excellent personnel. Vic helped me last time, what a gem!
Life is hard enough, it really makes a difference when you have a place you can always count on to make sure you are well cared for. When a large cooperation maintains happy employees you can be sure they are doing things right at the top. And sadly there are to few these days. "Go FedEx!"

Had a great experience with Austin. He has a great personality and is super nice. Really goes out of his way to help the customer. I recommend a raise in pay for him.

Technology and smart staff, excellent combination.

Great welcoming staff. They were always attentive and helpful with our order. I feel like some people expect them to bend the rules for them and get angry when it doesn't happen. Go in expecting to be in a store and you'll be fine.

I went in there today, and so glad I did. I went to UPS first and I have no idea what I was thinking. I love FedEx shipping prices! By far great customer service and the offer a lot with half the price. Definitely love Kat! Super sweet and definitely goes beyond what I expect from customer service. Keep up the good work. No more UPS for me.

Today Derek was a rock star helping my scattered tired brain get an incredibly important package out on time. I made it a little tougher on him by forgetting I needed copies until after it was sealed! His patient professionalism is a huge credit to customer service skills!

Hanna is an incredible printing pro! Her help was invaluable to achieve or goal today!

We needed a very large banner printed overnight. Their machine was malfunctioning. They took on the challenge and found a way to get it printed elsewhere and overnighted! Kudos to whoever does the hiring and training at the Modesto location!

The group working tonight were very attentive and helpful eventhough the prices were prohibitive. I came here after being ignored somewhere else and still can't get my parcel shipped, but they are pleasant.
