Jiffy Lube

I visited the Redcliffs location today to get an oil change done. The costumer service at this location is amazing. Steven was very helpful, respectful and friendly. All needed maintenance was clearly explained and I never felt pressured to get any of those services done. They started working on my car right away and I was in and out in no time. Hey ladies don't feel nervous to come to this location. They even have female staff working on cars and there was no hidden fees nor extra charges.

They're always so friendly and helpful here. If I say no to something they suggest, they don't put pressure on. Sometimes I'll think that my vehicle needs something replaced, and they'll tell me it doesn't need it (if it doesn't need it). At another Jiffy Lube in another state, they tried to push as many services as they could at once and take advantage of someone who doesn't know a lot about vehicles. This location lives up to its name --- I'm always in and out in a jiffy.

What a great bunch oh hard working people! They were so kind and got my car taken care of quickly. I highly recommend their services.

The whole Jiffy Lube crew was awesome.
The mechanical repairs done on my car were done in a time manner, and very professional.
Shaun was able to take car of the problems with my car, also pointing out and showing me "other" potential problems. Since i am a "back yard" mechanic i already knew this in advance, so i took him to be an honest mechanic which they are few and far in-between.

This was my first time to visit jiffy lube. It was speedy. I liked that besides topping off fluids, they vacuumed mats and cleaned windows. That was a pleasant surprise. I was on a tight schedule and it truly was speedy and lived up to the shop's name. Will come back again.

No appointment necessary, just show up and follow the signs! An employee comes out quickly, pulls your car into the shop, quickly approves everything that needs to be done. I didn’t feel like they were making anything up to get money out of my car (which is refreshing when it comes to car maintenance). Overall quick, honest, and efficient experience. 10/10 recommend!

Brought 2 cars in. Greeting great. Good communication. Explained the process. Thought it would take a while for 2 cars and it was less than 20 minutes. Loved it. They made an overwhelming process SIMPLE!

This place is awesome because of the people. Shawn is the manager and he is a person of his word and provides excellent customer focused service that is rarely seen. They do mechanical work as well as tires. Good people!

Jaron was an absolute hero! I came in to get my signal fixed with less than 10 minutes before closing time. Not only did Jaron fix my signal in about 1.5 minutes he was friendly and understanding that I couldn’t get there earlier. To Management please make sure Jaron gets the accolades he deserves!!

Got right in, no line (because they're fast!), so nice, so professional... went above and beyond by spot checking my belts, etc. Washed my windshield. Didn't pressure me to buy extra stuff. Two women worked on my car! Kudos to this location for hiring female mechanics!!!!

Fast and friendly. I trust them with my oil changes, tire rotation and air filter replacements. My son went there yesterday so they could check his brakes.

Every employee has been helpful, respectful, and polite every time I've been there (not to mention quick!). I never feel like I'm trying to be upsold to or tricked into services I don't need, and I also appreciate that I never feel disregarded as a woman which is a contrast to experiences I've had at auto shops in the past.

The service was quick and friendly. They checked a lot of items, like the tire pressure, the lights and signals, and the air cleaner. I was on my way without any complications .
