Farmers Insurance - Ruby Salazar

I've been driving for just over half my life and in that time I've had three insurance agents over two companies, I won't mention the previous company but I will say it rhymes with Smallstate. With them I was always directed to call the automated line and almost never worked directly with my agent. Ruby on the other hand is the complete opposite. She's always ready to hear me out and assist in anyway possible and if she's not available one of her team members seems to always know exactly what I'm calling about. To me that's that extra step towards a positive customer experience they take versus just taking a message and saying you'll get a call back. If you need a solid insurance agent look no further!

If you're looking for a farmers agent to do almost nothing and then say they tried. This is your gal! She's rude and not very helpful. I liked farmers until my rep left and she took over. Such an easy task turned into a huge dealing and I wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone.
