This is a nice park. Bbq access tables and covered awning. Perfect for a big family function. There are other tables located in the other parking lot but just 4 and no covered awning. It's very busy on the weekend due to soccer. There is river access and access to a pond for fishing outings.

What a beautiful park. Attended the Ceres Hot Air Balloon Fest as crew. First time at this park. We'll be back. Great launch site. Lovely setting. Well maintained!

I've always loved this place! There is a long nature walking trail. There's a bike trail. There's a few stops along the trail that has sandy beach river access to swim in great for kids too. Be safe bring sunscreen and bug repellent just in case.

Absolutely a little hidden gem, it could be cleaner but it's still a really nice place to go for a walk or so.

If go in mg fishing just bring the basics, ie backpack bit small lunch water and bait I think there was a fire a few years ago so parking is a good distance away from fishing area.but once you get to the main hiking and fishing area it's a great place. There is a wonderful park and restroom but PACK Light.

The place is super calm and relaxed. It’s great for walking around the pond and for getting close to the river. There’s definitely kind of secret spots by the river that make for a great hideout!!! There’s also good fishing. Blue hills catfishes and even some small bass.

We took a cruise tour from south lake Tahoe around the lake. A Major point of the visit was Emerald Bay Park. It was just beautiful. The clear water and the shimmering sunlight was a sight to see. We did not get down from the boat but I understand hiking trails from this point are also awesome. A beautiful place to visit with some excellent photo opportunities

Awesome spot. This park is great and I never knew there were walking trails behind it until recently. There is a huge pond for fishing, lots of wildlife and smooth dirt trails for walking or riding. Great place to take the kids we will definitely be back .

The park is very nice with lots trees around the place along with a long trail. There is a nice river down the park and it's great for to go for a walk or jog. The soccer complex is nice for if you want to play some soccer.

My husband and I went hiking in the Guadalupe State Park. The parking near the river is great and we were quite suprised that there are parking lots all over the park, that allow you to stop in different areas and hike around the wild areas further away from the actual river. There were ample picnic tables equipped with bbq stations, placed well in areas where you will have views of the river; some in very close proximity. The trees are breath taking and on a good weather day this place is a nature wonderland , you can find a sweet spot and easily have a great meditation session. The paths you can walk go along and within the forest like areas, making for excellent hiking and feeling like you can really go far within to discover nature. It's excellent that you can go in the river, just be sure to wear water shoes as the stones at the bottom will hurt your feet no matter how tough your soles are. I highly recommend this park for families and couples alike. And if you're a camper, this place is phenomenal as they have areas for campers, tents, and shower facilities . Very cheap rates, and you can be there all day with ability to come and go for the day you pay for. Love this place :)

This park is awesome it features great soccer fields, a play area for kids, and further down the path a quick hiking area. I just hope this park stays clean and homeless-free unlike other Ceres or Modesto parks
