Western Dental & Orthodontics

I'm posting this for Western dental the facility Hatch I'm not sure what the cross street is. This is their new location and I am very happy and content with their service. It's all how a person treats and respects other individuals. Most doctors that I go to the very kind and treat me very respectful . Sometimes we have to learn how to treat others even though they're going to stress or problems whether it be at their jobs or at home. We have to acknowledge their position every day they face different clients I am so therefore treat them nice because they are there to help us with our needs. From the front desk all the way in the dental room. Most of the Indian doctors are very good I would think almost all of them in every type of field. They really do care and you can sense the energy level that they are trying to do their best and they love their jobs.

This Western Dental location is great! All of the staff has been very accommodating and ensured the best dental experience for me. Stacey the manager was wonderful at making sure I understood my treatment plan and finances. Thanks guys!

I received the best of care at Western Dental from the time I walked in the door until I left. As a retired 30 year nurse I was so surprised at the excellent care. Everything was explained in advance and no long wait. I have always hated dentist but not this one. They are great. Thank you Western Dental! ♡

My experience was short. I arrived and waa given some papers to fill out. I have been trying to have my bottom teeth pulled for quite some time. I have a problem tooth that just wont numb. The staff at Western dental was very professenal.(I cant spell today im sorry). But the receptionist came back and let me know they couldnt help me i needed an oral surgeon. Thank you.

I had such a lovely experience! as a first timer with getting braces, i was a bit nervous to approach the clinic, but the wonderful Evelyn & Kim at the register area greeted me so great. I was met with The Doctor & the lovely Miss Tina, whom i grew fond of ever so quickly. The people here are very sweet & heartwarming.

The facilities are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help you. The dentist, Dr.Singh is Awesome‼

Maribel was very helpful and kind when I called asking questions about my braces. I felt hopeless, but she went above and beyond in guiding me through my process. Thank you! Finally someone has good customer service in this place.

They were very nice to me was very accommodating to my needs and just over all everyone was very pleasant really nice people that work there I'd say if anyone ask it was very comforting to know they are very nice so polite thank you

Easy and streamlined crown procedure. Wait is not that bad, the staff is friendly and clear to understand, and operations go smoothly.

Deep cleaning appointment at 1720 hatch rd. Front desk was very pleasant. Called to the back immediately! Saw hygienist Harjot She was very efficient explained exactly what she was doing! My visit today was better than in the past. In the past, you would be waiting for hours on end until they got to you. But today surprised me. I was out under 1 hour. I had 3 cavities filled. There was a blonde headed, young dentist. He was very professional and explained everything to me. Which I appreciated very much and he answered all my questions. Ty Western Dental.

I prefer to take my son here over the Turlock location, no problems here they dont give you attitude like at the Turlock Western Dental, no unannounced rescheduling, and wait time is NOT like the DMV thank god.

I usually have to wait a long time here to be seen/treated, but this time, they were actually more efficient. They knew I had an ortho appointment after my exam, so they worked quickly throughout my x-rays & cleaning. They also called the ortho department at the other site, letting them know I was on my way. This time, I felt well taken care of.

I have never been at a dentist here in the United States and I was very scared about them accepting my insurance. But when I came in Vanessa and the front staff greeted me and made me feel comfortable. They accepted my insurance and I was seen and treated the same day by Dr. Ram which is a very caring doctor and her assistant Claudia. The whole staff were very kind to me. They even brought my granddaughter a coat to cover because inside is very cold. I am very happy with their service.

Staff was great I had an appointment for checkup had all dental treatment done same day. So fantastic since I have a busy work schedule. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, Suleyma went over the cost for my treatment and I can really tell she cared and made it easy for me to make monthly payments with care credit so fantastic. Over all definitely a 5 star service I will be bringing my son for his check up soon.

This western dental is hands down the best dental office I’ve been too. They were very gently very nice with putting on my braces. Answered all of my questions and some. The receptionists, dental assistants, and even the dentist were very kind , gentle and customer service friendly. This is my first time getting braces and they set me up for success with all of the information and all of the products they gave me to help me teeth. Thank you !
Not to mention, I got the exact appointment I wanted and they totally worked with my schedule
