Dr. Rajeshwari treated my child at salida surgical center and was very unprofessional including the staff. I wanted to speak to her since shes was the one working on my son and I was told that she couldnt because she had already started the procedure and if she stopped to coke talk to me i was prolonging the procedure. I said ok and signed the paperwork the medical assistant brought to me. A few minutes later the Dr. did come to speak to me. I had 3 question which lasted not even 5 minutes. And she told be they werent going to finish everything they were going to do because her boss told her that since I wanted to talk to her i was wasting time. I was also told that when my child was discharged she would be there to tell me what they did to my child. She wasnt. The next day I decided to call my child's dentist(the salida surgical center and my childs dentist arent the same) to find out what was done to ny child and they called the surgery center and they were told that they didnt finish what they were going to do because I REFUSED TREATMENT. I signed the consent of treatment and signed the paper that the medical assistant brought. All I wanted was to ask the Dr questions directly. Not to refuse treatment or disagree what they were going to do or ask for something else. They told me that if I wanted to ask questions I should have done it when she introduced herself. At the time she introduced herself they hadnt done xrays and didnt know what the treatment would be. So how am I suppose to ask questions to the dr about treatment when THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE TREATMENT WAS AT THAT POINT. And why lie to my child dentist that I refused treatment. When I obviously had signed the paperwork that I AGREED. So my child has to be put under again because they said i wasted there time. Their is a difference between not having the TIME to finish everything and me REFUSING treatment. These people are so unprofessional and at the first sight of you wanting to ask more questions they get defensive and upset because your not letting them finish fast. They care about quantity not quality. Thats sad seeing that kind of behavior from a DOCTOR.
