Thanks to the owners of Planet Fitness in Visalia. Being probably the oldest member, and disabled, I really want to be sure the amazing branch manager Jasmine and dynamic Assistant Manager Stephanie and their staff are commended for their best efforts, in regard to the maintenance of the equipment, the cleanliness of the entire facility, and of course the incredible customer service. Special shout out to Alex, Lily, Diana, Felicia, Caleb, Tyronne, Freddie, and Daphne...

I hope the folks in the corporate offices read these reviews, as I say Planet Fitness in Visalia is an important asset to this booming business community. With much humility, thanks 🙏 for the warm welcome all.

Pretty big and lots of equipment. Not really ever crazy busy. I just recently started going for a few months and really enjoying it.

Been going here over a year now. Pretty consistent experience ther. They got new equipment over Thanksgiving!

Really good place to workout. Ample space and they emphasize cleanliness and respect

I am 63 years old and I am battling back from some medical air shoes I'm hoping that planet fitness is going to help me to transform myself physically back into a healthy state of mind and physical being It's been a long road and the last year was very difficult for me I'm just now beginning to round the corner on my health

All the equipment is in good working order! And the place isn't overrun by teenagers like my last gym was. My only complaint is that there are no free weight bench presses.

Good gym plenty of availability staff is friendly and kind . Will definitely be going to this one more now that I'll be in the area. UPDATE: THEY HAVE BEEN UPGRADING A LOT OF MACHINES AT THE GYN ITS LOOKI G A LOT NICER !

If you go on time because of the crowd meter, you know that the gym is not going to be very crowded. It's always clean. It's always a good time working out there. They also offer free classes. It's very convenient to use any machines there. Plus there are people who are not judging you

I trusted my sister to get me a membership to any gym for my birthday. PF was a nice choice. The facility is clean. The machines look to be in great condition. I dont feel like the workers are staring me down while I workout. Planet Fitness is small but has as lot to offer.

I've been coming for a few years and never had any complaints. Today the morning crew didn't say hi or tried to help. 3 employees standing there just staring at people walk in. After 30 secs of weird silence, my wife then had to ask for their help. Maybe if they're here to hang out they shouldn't be behind the counter.

Update. Since this time there looks like they have been some changes in the staff and now everyone is attentive to the customers and greeting everyone who walks in. This is how planted fitness should be. Thank you guys for the changes and great customer service.

I may not get there as often as I'd like to workout but when I do it's nothing short of amazing. The perks that come with a black card membership are definitely worth it... And if you have any aches and pains, definitely go black card and utilize that HydroMassage 😍

I am an out of town visitor who visited this gym and absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness! The staff were very kind and greeted me as I walked in and as I left. Bathrooms were also very clean and there are LOTS of treadmills…I wish my local PF had this much room and layout.

Planet Fitness, (Visalia) I use to come here last year with my granddaughter as a (guest) & years before that with my cousin we both had a membership but now I joined "Sliver Sneakers" for my health & wellbeing!!! So I really do enjoy this gym & it has so many possibilities! Because if you are just a beginner or just an all around weightlifter the free weights are awesome & so is the machines & also all of the other equipment to & there is a 30 minutes work out room & a workout room to do your abs & there is a room just for stretching out your legs & body & after that they have 🚿 showers & also trainers with your (Black Membership Card) please check into it but either way it's a WIN! WIN! 🏆 & the staff are really awesome to!!! So thank you so much & 💯%+ & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s Great Job!!! 💪😎👍

Jay Jay did a great tour for us. The place is very clean up to date equipment. Open 24/7 which is great. And there various options of machines is excellent. They offer training and support (which most gyms do not)
Staffing is very friendly. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

We are new members(2 wks.), but we looked all over and found this the best deal for our needs. The place is really nice, everyone is very friendly, and very reasonable membership costs. Also, I and one of the kids are already seeing results/lost weight!!!

I travel for work and have been to probably 20 Planet Fitness west of the Rocky Mountains, by far this has been the cleanest Gym I've been to and the Staff are Amazing, clean equipment and local members are friendly, mens locker room clean and showers are clean!

Amazing deal! $10 per month! no sign up fee like other gyms. Very clean and friendly service. bathrooms amazing. Very respectable people. no intimidation when going. If you want a less crowded gym go in the morning or Fri-Sun any time of the day (which is when I go) 24 hour gym

Great place to work out!! I really enjoy it!! There's a yearly fee of $39, but compared to $100 at other gyms, I'd say that's pretty good. And if you don't want the carbs and candy, then I suggest not grabbing it. Seems pretty simple to me.. Oh and I think the staff is very friendly and helpful!! Thanks for making my experiences with Planet Fitness positive ones!!
