I’ve been unfortunate enough to deal with Mrs. Solis over the past 6 years as a Director of Risk and Safety, managing her clients (Independent Contractors) risks and managing their insurance requirements from our companies stand point. In that role, I found Mrs. Solis’ ethics to be questionable and her customer Service to be horrid. As I was not her direct client, some of my experiences could be glanced over. However, in my most recent dealings I represented her client in its dealings with Coverage’s. I found that she routinely misspoke of current and existing coverage’s that did not exist, leaving her client exposed to risks, fines and potential lost business. To the point that False, misleading and factually incorrect Certificates of insurance were routinely presented.
In the many years of dealing with Insurance Brokers and Agents I have yet to experience one other that will routinely put her clients at risk.

Poor customer service. I sent a message on their website to contact me 24 hours ago, no contact back. Disappointed.

No pierdan su tiempo llamando a este lugar. Yo llame dos veces para pedir una cuota de seguro commercial y las dos veces no me devolvieron la llamada. No tienen nada de professionalism
