Friendly Village of Modesto

We would definitely recommend this community. It is a great place to walk your pet anytime day or night with the feeling of it being very secluded. The grounds are immaculate and having access to the clubhouse is a great feature. We are moving out of state and our home, Space# 172 will be available soon!

My grandparents have lived here for almost 25 years. I went swimming as a child many a times during the hot summer days. The community feels like a small little neighborhood where people take walks and talk to there neighbors. The Park has changed over the years and people have moved in and out, but for me, coming back, brings up childhood memories I love to cherish.

Clean quite pleading to the eye, inviting..my family will be happy there with their purchase!

My mother in law has lived there for many years in her mobile home. She loves it. Beautiful Senior mobile Park. Gated. Helps us worry less. Good neighbors.

The people wete very nice and welcoming to their garage sales. This man gave me such a great deal on household items that we needed. He was such a blessing!

Lovely mobile home community for folks over the age of 55. Clean and tidy. Safe community for some good family friends of our family
