Alfonso's Mexican Grill

Absolutely love this restaurant. Family owned, great service and great food. I had cheese enchiladas and loved them my kids had shredded beef tacos and shrimp platter. Both very good as well.

I’ve been here a few times and it never disappoints. I always have great service and the atmosphere reminds of an old school Mexican restaurant, you don’t see too many like this anymore unfortunately. The shredded beef nachos are so good! I had the Al’s special which was also great and they have really good salsa. Probably my new go-to for Mexican food.

I took my granddaughter there for her 21st birthday. We had the best time ever staff is very friendly and courteous. food &drinks were fantastic. They sang happy birthday to her and brought her pie for her birthday with a candle on it we had the best time ever. We will definitely be going back.!!!!

What a happy surprise!Just passing through from Seattle and this was a hidden gem! Shredded beef is excellent!! Rice is flavorful and the beans are perfect!! Walking away well sated. Really really good food!!

We are so happy to return here after moving away, this was our go-to spot for a great meal for many years. Today it was the usual high quality food and drink beyond our expectations. Thanks again to the staff for making us feel welcome.

Started going to lunch here 31 years ago. Moved out of state and try to eat here every summer when I travel back to CA to see family. I have never been disappointed. Food is excellent and staff is fantastic. Food is just as good today as it was 31 years ago. In this day and age, that’s pretty amazing.

The food was very good especially the honey Siracha wings and quesadillas. The waiter was phenomenal. I think his name was Eric

I tried the chefs cheeseburger this afternoon I was not disappointed! 3 strips of bacon, guacamole, cheese and all the usual burger goodies. Came with onion rings and fries. Mom had beef tacos rice & beans. Great food tonight!
Only complaint, the music was too loud & too many commercials.

Great service, great family, awesome food and good drinks. I highly recommend the shredded beef tacos or the Chili Colorado. The family/staff is polite and really do care about your experience. There's a reason they've been open for 40+ years now! I highly recommend Alfonso's!

The servers are very nice, the food is delicious, and it has great vibes. Very much recommend, as someone who has eaten here since I was a little kid. ❤

Always perfection with a smile.The prices are lower than most too. Because of this, there's always a line. They do , however, walk thru the line taking orders so it goes smoothly and fast. Great delicious burgers at a low price.. want more meat.. the double double is a perfect ratio. Sometimes I fold my single in half because the double double is too big. That way I get the ratio right without eating a huge burger. Fries are made with fresh peeled potatoes sliced up and fried up on the spot. Get your onions raw or grilled same price for either way. They have a secret menu you can see if you Google it or you can ask about it. I think cheesy fries are on it,but we just get the great burgers, fries and drinks.

Shakes are rather small and just average taste wise... It's soft serve based.

Inside there's lots of tables and sodas are self serves..free water.
Condiments are right there too.

Lots of parking.. nice sturdy outdoor cement tiled tables.
Restrooms inside are roomy and clean.

The food was EXCELLENT!! If I had a single complaint it would be that I got full before my taste buds were satisfied. I got the beef chimichanga, my husband got the steak (with salad and fries), and my in-laws got the steak fajitas and combination plate. My mother-in-law and I got a tasty Sex on the Beach for $4 each! Not to mention the staff were all very pleasant and polite as well as prompt when we asked for more napkins, sauce for dipping fries in, and getting a Diet by mistake when I asked for a Pepsi (my mother-in-law was talking about diet soda while I ordered, so I leave the blame with that). We were there as they closed for the night and they were very polite overall. Will happily go again!
