Honestly only came for the bottoms up, but the area seems nice with plenty of parking and a car wash which is always helpful.

This is a really clean store variety of stuff, friendly staff

This store is a chaotic mess but it's great.. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the prices are good, they have a huge selection of cloths, and household items.. Love this place.

Lots of stores, great shopping. And they even have a starbucks.

My favorite inexpensive place to buy clothes. Walmart is pricey nowadays. Plus dd's has great summer clothes.

There are numerous stores, restaurants and a fitness center in this plaza. There is good access from Briggsmore and Prescott Rd via a dedicated entrance from west bound Briggsmore and a stop light on Prescott Rd. The stop light helps for an easy exit during high traffic times.
The parking lot is very large giving good access to any of the establishments. I've always found it to be clean and well lit. It's very close to highway 99 but getting off the highway and over to the left turn lane can be tricky from north bound 99.

This Grocery outlet is seriously the very best ! I have three that are closer to me that don't even come close to the cleanliness and customer service here, so I always make the extra miles to come here instead. Great prices on organic and whole foods that don't even come close to what you pay in other supermarkets. I have literally always saved more than I've spent. Highly recommend coming here first

I love shopping at dd's discount because the minute you walk in, they greet you with a nice smile and it is very organized and easy to find what you're looking for.

I love grocery outlet, the prices can't be beat on specialty items!!!! This shopping center is well kept up, the parking lot is clean and the parking spots are a decent size.

Security Guards Moses and Christian are great! Good shopping, fast food and a gym. Grocery outlet is a nice place to browse. Nice, clean laundry mat. One caveat...there is a fair amount of drug dealing at night. Too much, and apparently Modesto Police are too few and far between to take a drive through the back alley. Feed the feral kitties who lived in and around the drainage ditch next to the laundry mat. Dry food and water only, please. Good Karma!

I go the Grocery Outlet and I Love these stores! There's ALWAYS a good bargain to find in this store! There's a little a bit of everything in this store all at very low prices! I did visit the liquor store next door and it's very clean well stocked plus I received very nice service.

I like the Asian Store here!

A little unknown fact about this place that is pictured in the picture is that too big immediate right of it the last building after the small Ally gap between what you see in the photo is a hole in the wall authentic Asian grocery store that is to die for and if you don't believe me do me a solid and go in there to get some quality products💯💯💯

We had to take our very sick dog to the emergency very for overnight care. They did an excellent job of caring for our dachshund. I can't thank them enough for the excellent supportive care they gave him!

Plenty of parking lots of lighting still there are few homeless people that like to walk the parking lot and look in the cars wish they had security here make you feel more safe when shopping or eating at the establishments in this Plaza
