Prime Shine Car Wash

This Prime Shine location is always extremely professional and efficient.
When I lived in the valley I used their unlimited pass and always used this location.
Today I brought my grandmother through with her car for the first time and a young man named Hugo was very helpful at explaining to her the different washes and what they did. His patience is a virtue every employee should strive for!

We drove from Queens, NY to Modesto, CA and our car was unbearably filthy. It then became covered in sap from parking under a tree. The wash took the sap off, but some of the bugs were cemented onto the front of the car. They let us go through a second time for free no problem. We left after deciding no number of washes would ever get them off, but we don't really blame the car wash for it. A car wash powerful enough to take these bugs off would probably scratch the finish.

We had so many bugs from a drive to Idaho and back, that they just didn’t come off in a regular wash. The three employees there at the Prescott Road wash went above and beyond by hand washing the front of our car before sending our car back through the wash. Thank you Kaitlyn, Ryan, and Jose!

Back when this picture was taken I live really close to this Prime Shine. Since then I've moved but I've decided I would share this picture on maps because I would go to this Prime Shine, wash my car, vacuum my car, and on occasion I would meet up with friends and skateboard at Prime Shine. The staff have never complained about the skateboarding actually they encouraged us to do a trick and I appreciate that so here's a nice little photo for you guys thank you.

I love everything about prime one and the employees are awesome only the problem is when you have done the car wash and try to find a vacuum to use the people who don't have a account using the vacuums for free and the real customers they have to just drive away and we pay every month and the charges every month we just can't do car wash no vacuum so I have to go home and do back to you that thing sucks but the service is awesome

Loved to come here everyday but I can't , it's out of my way so I go every week even I have the premier unlimited wash, it's really clean car and free Vacuum
