The food was awesome! The atmosphere was awesome. A little bit hippy, a little bit crust punk. Totally worth a stop in for good food and left political views. Great little spot to see what is going on in the area community. I absolutely highly recommend it. One the best breakfast spots on our road trip. The bathroom is through the kitchen and a little punk rock, just FYI. Also parking is metered on the street. Even in the rain looks like they are gonna ticket.

Little hole in the wall with only a few tables. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The decor I did not care for, especially the political statements. Business should be politically neutral and catheter to all, despite their believes of affiliations. Restaurants are about hospitality and shouldn't make some feel welcome and other not. I personally don't rake sides, but I felt a bit out of place because the political statements made me feel as if Antifa will walk in any moment and start trashing everything. It was an uneasy feel.
Other than that, it was a nice place to eat at.

The food was excellent, the coffee was great. The breakfast burrito with vegan sausage was filling and delicious, and their eggs Benedict were poached to perfection!

The food was delicious. We ordered 2 beast modes, one with added bacon, a Carly (with Gouda because 86 Feta, and an Amsterdam with sausage along with a side of fried tyme tomatoes. The housemade sausage was phenomenal and I highly recommend it. The thyme tomatoes were mediocre, not crispy, more like soggy and half cooked. We will be back.

Great place to eat for several different types of diets - our group included a keto and a vegan. Plenty of options for everyone! I chose the “Sandy Benedict” which comes with fresh spinach and sautéed veggies instead of an English muffin (yep, I’m the keto one, lol) and for my side I chose the “Fried Thyme Tomatoes”. The hollandaise sauce was perfect, it’s the best I’ve ever eaten! The vegetables were cooked just right and the eggs so yummy! Everyone in our group raves about their food and we definitely plan to come back again!

The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is mega chill - every once in a while we could hear them singing to the songs that were playing while they worked, so awesome! It is like hanging out at a friend’s place while they prepare your meal!

Highly recommend ordering takeout if you don’t have time to wait 20 minutes or so for a table. The place is small, I think it only had enough room inside for about 20 people max. The vibe inside is worth the wait though if you’re not in a hurry!

Tasty food foe breakfast. Friendly staff. Tiny place so be prepared for a possible wait depending on what time you get there. From the outside, it looks like a rundown hole in the wall with graffiti all over the outside walls. For some, this may be off-putting, but the food (quality & taste) plus service is solid. Plenty of vegetarian options, too.

Pro Tip: Order for pick up if possible. The best experience will be dining in, be prepared for a long wait, it will be worth it. Check the menu before arriving and be prepared to order to expedite the service.

While on a road trip we stopped for breakfast at this innovative and wonderful cafe. The reviews are great and with good reason, but the vibe is much better than the reviewers can describe. Awesome atmosphere with local art adorning the walls, a festive and creative environment where staff is upbeat and friendly. And that’s just the beginning, the food was outstanding, with plenty of vegetarian options sure to please even the most carnivorous appetite and maybe even covert you to a veggie eating lover, is that good. However, protein options are available to satisfy every palette. The place is small, with tables accommodating probably no more than 6 people. Although cozy, not for very large parties.
One visit isn’t enough as there is so much good food to choose from.

Had one of the best eggs Benedict's I have ever had. The chai is incredible. Very nice and knowledgeable servers. Lots of gluten free options.

The food was delicious and there is lots of vegan and vegetarian options. We had the the biscuits and mushroom gravy. And the western omelet with ham, mushrooms, caramelized onion, broccoli and cheese. Very good food. The vibe is super chill too. Small place and sometimes a long line to get in but so worth it.

New moon cafe is an amazing place. Let me be frank, I don’t want to tell you how good new moon is because I don’t want to have to wait behind you in line! Haha, I absolutely love this place. The food is out of this world (huge menu, absolutely loved the sausage, bisquit was aight, my dinning associate got hollandaise added on and that was great), the bathroom is neat, and the staff are all super friendly and awesome. I love this place. (Forgive me if I dont have the hollandaise pic I’ve been here like 3 times now omg it’s always the quintessential breakfast dinning experience my heart craves. Just writing about it now makes me ache for it, I might just go tomorrow morning.)

The food was enjoyable, especially the biscuits. The demeanor of the staff, and the atmosphere were very homey and welcoming as well. Really enjoyed the experience, and being greeted by the Chrono Trigger soundtrack when we walked in.

Took my parents here for brunch after we picked them up from the airport. Small cozy little place with good food and good coffee. The mimosa also had pretty good champagne. I will definitely come back here in the future.

REALLY GREAT FOOD! Everything we had was so good and coffee was SO GOOD! Also they have cool little books on the table for people to draw or leave notes on.
NOTE: max seating is 6 in a group as its a pretty small place

Great place with tasty vegan options! And non-vegan ones too! The blackberry French toast is incredible. And it's available gluten free if you ask!

If you don't get a table on arrival, note that all unseated patrons must wait outside for a table, despite enough waiting space inside even for a party of four. On a rainy day the overhang won't keep many people dry.
.. That said, the inside space is cozy, but not loud. The artwork is eclectic. The menu has variety with some vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee had a robust Smoky flavor and the wait staff filled my cup as needed. After ordering, the food took about 15 minutes to appear. None of the food looked or tasted like reheat, all freshly prepared. You shouldn't come here unless you're hungry--you'll have a plateful. The kitchen doesn't lay the spices on very thick, so those of us who like it hot do have Tabasco and other things at hand. Good food worth more than what they charge (rare these days).

Great breakfast spot. Quaint little nook with friendly service. Hash browns done just right and coffee served piping hot with a smile! 😁

The food is very tasty and I was able to find something to it with all my dietary restrictions. I have to eat vegan, potato free, and gluten free. The Vegan Delight with GF bread I the trick. It was super yummy with the tahini sauce on the tofu, and the house made blackberry jam on the toast is a treat. The staff is very nice and the cooperative encourages donations for people that cannot afford a meal. I went on a very quiet Tuesday morning but the place is tiny so it might be hard to find a seat during their busy time. I’m used to standing in line for a table so I think it would be worth the wait.

Love this little place! Great interesting menu. Tons of vegan and vegetarian options if you are looking for a place that accommodates dietary restrictions this is one of them. The place is quite small so sometimes there is a wait but it is worth it. Service is great. Can't wait to return.
