We have used Companion Animal Veterinary services since the 1990’s. The quality of care, medical excellence & knowledge and friendly staff keep us coming back. They’ve laughed with us & cried with us & are as much a member of our family as our furry babies. Our dogs even get excited when I sing “gonna go see the doctor, gonna see what she can do, gonna see the doctor cause Kelly loves you”.

We always receive top notch care from Companion! Staff is friendly & knowledgable, facility is clean. Dr. Tarkington is helpful & amazing- she takes time to explain concerns thoroughly, and always goes above & beyond for her patients. Just be sure to book out appointments well in advance, because this is a busy office!

Dr. Tarkington is the absolute best!! She and the staff are very caring and have excellent bedside maner. Rhonda is awesome!! I have an 18yr old kitty who has been a diabetic for 9 years. They've kept his insulin & blood sugar perfect since day 1, anytime we need them, they've always been able to fit us in right away! In addition to quality care, they have the best pricing around! They're the best in the valley!! I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I just didn't have a choice!! They're our boys pediatrician as well as the rest of our fur family & have never let us down!❤😊 They are family!😻🥰

I love this place. Everyone is kind and caring. My girls are in great hands. My Sandy is coming up on being 17 years old. She's been through a lot but thanks to their excellent patient care, I still have my girl. I wouldn't take them any other place. Dr. T is wonderful. Plus Christiana and Ronda, just to name two. ❤

If I could give 10 stars I would. I bring in my 3 year old dog on a regular basis and not only do I love them my fur baby does as well. All of the staff is extremely polite, they care for all animals, and make sure your concerns are dealt with. I would never bring my babies anywhere else!

They helped my pupper junior w his lipoma. Very sweet filks and they were amazing w every critter i saw em interact with

These people are amazing with all 3 of my dogs. They had appointments available all throughout Covid and are always so caring to my dogs

Had the experience of meeting a new vet,at least new to me.Very impressed with his ability to convey any concerns. He was so gentle and truly confident with my 3 dogs. They were very receptive of him. He was very thorough, thoughtful and concerned about any of my concerns. Very enjoysble experience! Hope he stays here.Will highly recommend .

We have been taking our boy Brady to Companion Animal since we adopted him in 2016. We love the staff there and how personable and friendly they are! They always show such affection to the animals and LISTEN to you (even if it's just explaining an issue over the phone). We adopted our second dog in the beginning of 2022 and she has struggled with allergies and skin issues. With only one vet (the amazing Dr. Tarkington) they have gone above and beyond for our girl Stella. I always know we'll get quality care and with only one vet they never make you feel rushed or like you're just another name on a chart. We love Companion and all the staff!

Companion has always taken very good care of our animals we’ve even had to put an animal down there in the experience was very grateful and even the people that work there were very caring about that whole process we have two Rottweilers and they have taken very good care of both of them Mrs. K is a great veterinarian you couldn’t ask for better staff or people much appreciated.

LOVE Dr T and her staff . I have been going for over 20 years. She and her team have taken care of multiple surgeries , vaccinations and have been so kind during the bereavement process .
I watched in the waiting room, how the front staff answers calls and takes care of the next customer in line while still making a connection. We are able to chat about our amimals and I feel that they really love their animals too .

I have been with Companion Animal for over 15 years. My pets are my family and the staff at Companion Animal have always treated my pets and myself like their family. You can't fake real caring and that is what I find when I take my animals there. Right now they only have one awesome devoted Vet, Dr Tarkington who is doing everything she can along with her helpful staff to see to our needs. When they get another Vet they will be able to accept new patients again. You'd be very fortunate if you took advantage of that. These ladies running this place rock.

The staff are so friendly! Always feel my fur babies are well taken care of whenever we are there for a visit.

My dog had been attacked in while in our dog run and had severe injuries to his face especially the left ear was just hanging on. They were amazing in fixing all the skin tears and getting him on his feet.
They only lasting effect is he gets ear infection in the left ear. I clean then regularly, but it still gets infected.
Companion Animal Medical Center has been able to always help him. They are amazing!!
Love the receptionist's, they are friendly and attentive to all that come in.
Will be taking all my dogs there.
