My wife and I go here as often as we can, which is not often enough with four kids at home. Our most recent visit, 10/10/14, was exceptional.
First off, the food is always good. We sometimes come for a pot of tea served in a beautiful little tea pot and have pastries. Other times we come for a sandwich. Whatever the time or occasion we have never been disappointed.
Today, however, something was different. As to the food, my wife said that she had THE BEST every sandwich. (She had a special pastrami sandwich.) I also had a great sandwich, The Italian. Needless to say, this was the best experience of food we have had, here.
But what set today apart from normal visits was the service. We felt taken care of from the moment we ordered to the moment we left. They were attentive, considerate and exceptionally kind.
Thank you for yet another great experience. We appreciate all that you do.

Great brunch served on a Saturday mid-morning. Love the casual yet hip vibe, and every dish is always amazing. I had the Health Nut Salad and a special Black n' blue mac n' cheese. They both were to die for. The ricotta pancakes my daughter had were moist and topped with fresh made whipped cream. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 5 days in the area and ate here twice because we loved it. We ordered many of the dishes and loved all but one, which was merely "liked". The salmon, prawn, ravioli app, calamari steak, beet salad... All were crowd pleasers. Not sure why other reviews found fault with the vibe. As also noted, not many patrons, even on a weekend night... One can really create one's own vibe, imo. Price point might be why the dining room is relatively empty. If you want some fine food with a fresh perspective on flavoring in a relaxed setting, this is a terrific place.

I love this place. food is great. and wow, the desert is the best. Great place to take your girl for your weekly dates. wish they would stay open later for a late night coffee and snack. If they would open sundays i would be there every sunday (being my only day off) i recommend this place for people that love a relaxed environment (early 30+)

Fantastic dinner and cocktails. Well prepared and seasoned entrees, just the right portion. The cocktails are fantastic; fantastic original cocktails and homemade mixers make my wife and I return for the drinks often.

Stopped in for coffee and ended up having the stir fry lunch special as well as coffee after lunch. Nice little find and I'll definitely go back when I'm in town again! Don't miss it!

The food is flavorful, fresh and always cooked to perfection. In addition to the delicious food, the service is excellent. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is friendly and helpful. This resturant is always a favorite of ours in Visalia.

Friendly staff and good food. Chef was very nice; and even though I didn't take him up on it, he offered to cook for my wife and I right at closing time.

My favorite place in town, fresh food, best coffee, or in my case teas, wonderful staff...love Josh! They all take care of their customers, and the baked items are top notch as well

Ok, here's that "hole in the wall" Mexican place all you white people can tell your friends about. The food is fantastic. Their Menudo is just like the menudo my dad would take his own pot to get at Johnny Luna's on the weekend when I was a kid. That menudo cured many a hang over later on in life. If you're sick of the gourmet "Mexican" crap, and just want some good authentic Mexican food, then this is your place. If you just notice it on your way out of REI on your way to your Prius, then probably it's not for you. There's a Chipotle across the street behind Panera, (good luck with the Panera/Chipotle dilema)

Great steaks (I'm not 100% sure but I believe they source them from Glick's) fresh sides and great cocktails that you won't find many other places in the area.

The waitress was so efficient and fast. So was the busboy. We had a great time! We will definitely go again!!!

Excellent customer service and a huge variety of teas. I love the atmosphere and the fresh flowers in a vase definitely says something.

This place is cool on it's own but then I learned there was a underground bar underneath it. Coffee and whiskey?! My mother ship called me home!

Nice place for an after lunch meeting. We got a table that worked for our purposes. Changes in the restaurant set up a little confusing.

I have only been in several times, but every time i do visit the coffee is perfect. Thanks for such lovely mornings.
