Boss Hogg's Country Kitchen

It is a place I consider a must try! I Been going here for many years. They have always been wonderful rather it's the food or service. Their Chilli is 7 out of 10 stars. That is pretty high on my scale. Omelets are done perfectly. They adjust to the customer on items ordered. If you are a fan of the television show Dukes of Hazzard then this is your "Disneyland " the decor was found buy owners and there is a lot of old items all over the place. To prove they are doing things right , they have been given many awards for the efforts. It is a small parking lot compared to the amount of people that arrive but at least on weekends the business next door is closed so a person could use the parking lot there. Hope this helps and enjoy each day and try new places.

Never knew this breakfast house was so close to me and glad I tried it. The food was really good along with the service. Didn't hurt that I've always been a fan of The Dukes of Hazzard which the restaurant is themed after. Recommend it to all to try it out.

Excellent service and food just like the good old days. They were the only restaurant that gave newsom the middle finger during his lockdown and stayed open

Delicious food!! Excellent, friendly service, ran by a nice family!! Go eat there; you won't regret it!!

FYI, they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Boss Hogg's Country Kitchen, me & my daughter & my granddaughter came here for 🍳🍞 breakfast because they have one of the best breakfast around & one of the best tasting ☕ coffee ever!!! I had gotten the country fried steak breakfast & my daughter & granddaughter had gotten the omelet breakfast & she my (daughter) had got the biscuits & gravy also & please don't forget about the home made chile salsa you can ask for it & the flavor is so tasty & delicious! The food is too die for, biscuits and gravy 10 for 10 very hefty and filling you will leave here with your pants unbuckled. All the classic breakfast and lunch items are very delicious taste like your grandma made it for you. Family owned and ran, hospitality and customer service is 10 for 10 makes you feel very welcomed and taken care of, also the dukes of hazard decor is very well done I love the theme they went for. They nailed it right on the head.

The homemade biscuit was fabulous, ate about an 1/8 of it it was huge and fabulously soft, flaky, and crumbly. Homemade salsa added great flavor to the omlete. Staff mostly family were friendly and welcoming. The memorabilia from the Dukes of Hazard brought on a lot of childhood memories.

You want great food and huge portions come here!! The best part is the customer service, it's truly some southern hospitality with some slap yo mama down right good biscuits!

They are always friendly. We go there so often they know our children. Their food is GREAT and are very fast! Love this place and the family who own it!

Always get lulu's country scrambled. The eggs come with sausage, bacon and cooked with a tasty oil. Above it is country potaters. This dish usually comes with biscuit and country gravy. I don't get it cause I'm not a fan of biscuit and gravy. I ask them for more potaters.

Boss Hogg's is a family favorite restaurant. The food is always good and has great options! The service is fast but not rushed, and so friendly. The family run aspect makes you feel like home.
My husband and I love the restaurant and visit at least once a month.

Had breakfast here because my nephew said it was the best breakfast in San Joaquin valley. He wasn’t lying! Without a doubt the best chicken fried steak breakfast I’ve ever had!
My brother had the steak and eggs, left him licking his fingers! My aunt had a sandwich with onion rings. Awesome onion rings!
Service was great! Made us feel like family! Oh yea, Dukes of Hazard themed!

Great breakfast! Perfect crispy hash browns and they actually butter the toast. Lol They have great friendly staff and coloring books to keep kids busy, I wish I'd tried it sooner!

Absolutely love the staff and food is great after a long weekend 😉 they could spruce up the place but it also adds to the atmosphere. Absolutely a must try in Farmersville.

First time here and it was a treat. Great atmosphere, servers are friendly and the food was great. Will come back soon..
