For Valentine’s Day I purchased a dog washer for my wife. After trying three days to hook it up to hot and cold water I finally called Able Plumbing. The nice lady on the phone dispatched a plumber, the same day. From the moment I met Alex I knew this was gonna be a professional job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had great ideas on how to complete this project. He put together a bid which I signed, and Alex returned the next day to complete the work. The plumbing job was done in around three hours. Alex had all the parts and did an awesome job. The sheet rock he cut to install the new valves, he was able to put back perfectly. the next day I taped and textured the area. It looks great. Alec, did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. Strong work, Alex and Able Plumbing.

Trevor was knowledgeable and quick to assess what the problem was. He was able to share Able Plumbing’s work history of this location which will greatly benefit me going forward. He was clear about what needed to be done and the price and also what steps I could take to mitigate future problems. I had a positive and encouraging experience with Trevor!

Able was my second call for assistance changing out some old shutoff valves for my house. I didn't necessarily like the first approach, and when Trevor came by with Able I thought he had a better plan and their quote was a bit more reasonable. Trevor was very thorough, and didn't cut corners even as the rain started to pour down. He also didn't mind me asking all sorts of questions which is always appreciated.

Able and Trevor will definitely be my first call next time something comes up plumbing related I'm not confident tackling.

I’m new to Chico coming from Southern California I purchased a mobile home on the outside of Chico and was having pump plumbing problems.
By chance, I got a hold of Abel plumbing and they sent out Christian and he was the most knowledgeable Plummer surprisingly for his age and his helper Dakota were amazing workers not only did they resolve all the problems, but I will be using them again in the future for other things that I want to do as I can afford to do them. I will be recommending him to everybody in this mobile home park. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have somebody want to work and and know what they’re doing very skilled very intelligent very thoughtful and I am so happy I’m over the moon. Definitely the most professional plumber that I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you guys 💞

Chris was an absolute gem that we will be calling again for any home plumbing as well as needs at our family's business! I've had probably about 15 or so plumbers for various jobs home & business, and he is by far the best we've had! Though this particular job didn't end up requiring as much "skilled" labor as I first thought (we just ended up snaking the drain, something I could have saved myself a nice little bill), I trust that his skilled work is on par with his knowledge and expertise.

He is personable, informative, and took his time, not rushing through any aspect of the job. He assessed our situation, wrote up a thorough explanation of our options moving forward, and was very knowledgeable. Though I wish I would've saved myself the money and just snaked the drain before calling (and before cutting into our wall - LOL), it is most definitely worth having found a plumber that we will call again and again from here on out!

First time having to use a plumber in our 20 years in Chico. The office staff were friendly and very helpful on the phone taking the time to explain what to expect and answering all of our questions. Our plumber, Trevor K., was great. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns. Trevor explained every step of the way what he was doing, why he was doing it, and offered us alternatives when appropriate. Nothing about our repair felt forced or like we didn't have options. In the end Trevor was able to fix the problem which was a small water leak in one of our walls. He even answered some off-topic questions unrelated to our repair and gave us some quotes to replace a water heater. We feel comfortable with Able Plumbing and will use them again in the future with any plumbing needs.

Christian did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. They arrived on time, had good options for us to choose from and were able to make the repair quickly. They also were able to look at a couple other items around the house and provide quotations. Would definitely choose Able again.

It was so nice to have Trevor work in my house. He was professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Able is lucky to have him as an employee.

Chris is the consummate professional. He kept me informed at every step and his work is flawless. He inspected every faucet and toilet, and found a problem I didn’t report to him. The fact that he is personable and witty, and has a great sense of humor, is just icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

So upset because my shower drain was so clogged, called Monday morning at 8:00 am and had Trevor K here by 9:00 am super fast service, Very professional, very kind and so very helpful, he snaked my drain, unclogged it , And he even tidied up the area . Trevor with Able plumbing was on time, professional, courteous and he did an excellent job on my hot water heater. Above and beyond. Able Plumbing is my only go to plumber because they have all excellent plumbers but Trevor even tested my water pressure for me. It’s the little extra things that they do that means so much! 10 stars all the way!

Trevor did an excellent job rebuilding my faucet and noticed other problems that needed repairs as well. He could tell my water pressure was decreasing and I needed a new pressure valve. I was lucky he noticed it. Plus, he was diligent and worked non-stop and did the job right!

Alex has been great! He did some faucet work for us and then he installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen. He arrived on time and was very professional. I will definitely call them next time I need help.
