Great class the other participants were super friendly. Had an awesome instructor (kota) who really helped me get the workouts correctly 💪, and nice staff who are so enthusiastic and encouraging for me starting my fitness journey!!! Cant wait to see what happens here

As a mature newbie in the fitness arena I feel very comfortable around this group of people..All very supportive and helpful. It is a very fast hour of things to accomplish. Combine this with amazing help and concise directions on how to properly do exercises that are all new to me from the trainer Dakota. After only 2 sessions I am actually looking forward to my next one !!!!

I joined Blueprint a little over a year ago - a challenge to get myself healthy and strong again after getting really sick in 2021. This is my first gym membership ever in life but have never looked back. This place has been my second home lately...it's the people, the energy and the variety that keep me coming back. The coaches always create a great vibe with challenging but fun workouts and great music. I love this place! If you're nervous or afraid, don't be! You can come at any fitness level or chapter of life. Don't be afraid to take that step to truly invest in your health and ultimately yourself; you won't regret it and at the very least will meet some amazing people along the way.

The best place to workout! Friendly people that become your biggest motivators. I’ve lost ~15lbs and it feels good to surround myself with people that have the same goal! Highly recommend🥊

The coaches are encouraging and the workouts challenge you and yet they are still fun! I can not recommend Blueprint enough, it has been life changing.

All the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful with achieving your goals, since I’ve joined almost a year ago I’ve not only gained strength physically but mentally as well. Very fun and safe atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Been going here for a year now. What started off as a 6 week challenge (where I actually saw results) became something I knew I could be consistent with. The coaches are so awesome and make it feel like one on one all the time. They're friendly, motivational and helpful.

Been going to this gym since they opened almost 2 years ago now, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They continue to expand and improve the gym, always bringing new and exciting opportunities to their members. The trainers are all amazing at their jobs and just good people to be around. The best part: any class you take will be a killer workout! BP gives me life!

Hands down, the best place to find your inner, fit you. I have never been a fan of group dance workouts or working out in a room full of mirrors. Blueprint has found the right mix of high energy, blue lighting and a fast/at your own pace workout that made me less anxious and more focused. Any age, any ability will appreciate what this place can do for you.

Awesome workout experience! Lots of help for me being a first timer but its obvious that this team is dedicated to getting us fit at all levels of our expertise! Super fun and perfect downtown Visalia location!

Dubo is an AMAZING trainer, he has helped me nearly eliminate my knee pain and get stronger and healthier. The HIIT classes are fun and a great workout!

Great place to work out, fun atmosphere, friendly instructors (coaches), and whoever the DJ is Rocks the Music !
