Love this place. It’s great a great place to bring your family and they are always having events here for all ages.

Fantastic staff. I haven't been in a library in over a decade, and they were so sweet and helpful!

I have loved this place since 1970 and that will never change. So happy that it is open again 😁☮ I do most of my browsing on line and only go in to pickup or drop off. I am still very grateful for their service.👍 Best way to keep up with the best seller lists and save some dough because it's free ❤✌ Nothing has changed for me there, and that is a good thing.

Today was my first time visiting The Visalia Library. Plenty of parking. Massive entrance. Nice and friendly staff. Nice Security person. Overall, Great place.

I really like our library especially after the addition of the kids wing several years ago.

There are several comfortable chairs and tables to sit at. My kids usually go over to the kids section and I sit in the other part of the library at the comfy chairs.

I have never needed to use the computers so I usually just check out books.

The kids section is great. They have computers which appeal to the younger crowd, And there are lots of activities you can sign up for to attend after school. I have not taken for advantage of all of these activities but we have enjoyed going to the l library for shows during the summer and have attended a few STEM clubs.

There’s also a section that has books for sale. They are very cheap and there is a box you can put change in to pay for them. I have gotten several books for my kids that they have enjoyed and then passed along to other families.

There seem to be several comments about the homeless. Yes they tend to congregate around the library. There are a lot of shady trees and they seem to rest underneath them. Today I forgot the library was closed and there were several homeless people hanging out by the entrance. When we walked up they were very nice and told us the library was closed. They seem to be chatting and playing cards.

I have never felt unsafe or threatened well in the library with my kids. We really enjoy going there!

This is a nice library branch! The staff is very helpful! I loved coming to this branch and checking out books and CDs a a kid and teenager! It's a clear and quiet branch with a good selection of Young Adult books! ❤📚

For all the people complaining about the number of homeless. Try and understand that the public library is one of the only places where a homeless person can, if they act responsibly, legally abide themselves and, moreover, be safe.

I've been going to the library for four years now and I've not once had a bad experience with the staff.

The library is fantastic in everywhere I can list. I find it a great place to study, and the librarians have a great attitude.

From time to time there are children there who seem to raise their voice, like a soft howl. I don't understand how this is allowed, but understand if the library cannot intervene. This occurrence isn't limited to libraries, there appears to be many of them. I guess the parents are to blame, for now. The poor child, I cannot imagine how life will go for it after it enters into the workforce.

Went to pick up a free coloring book with coloring pencils. Looked around and found different areas that are offered. A quiet place to read with helpful librarians. Mask are required, they will provide one if you need.

I love our library! The staff is helpful and friendly. I really appreciate being able to request books.

I love how the librarians invest in the community! My family spends almost all summer in the library :) they have so many fun filled activities and learning opportunities for kids! Their selection of books is amazing! Our library is a wonderful :):)

The librarians were very helpful. Everything was clean and organized. Self-checkout made it a breeze!

Tulare County Library is one of the huge library in the city of Visalia! Great library! Peaceful environment! Clean and tidy! Spacious! Helpful staffs! Great place to study! Strong WiFi signals! Computers! Varieties of books! Great architecture! Bright tube lights! Highly recommend visiting Visalia Branch Library for studying in a quiet environment! 👍

I enjoy the history room. There is such an abundance of information especially about to Tulare County & Visalia. There are newspapers dating back to the 1800's on computer called Digital Reel, amazing!

I genuinely love this library and the people are nice. It's always a nice place to go and get away to read a book or just do homework.

Huge facility, numerous books, and great staff.

Was able to take a class here in the meeting rooms upstairs and loved it!

This is a good library and I've used it for many years. Citizens should remember that it is offered as a valuable public service and that it is not a business.
