Merari and his team remodeled our hall bath and it is just beautiful! They did an amazing job with installing a new tub/shower combination with gorgeous subway tile, new antique looking fixtures, new ceiling fan and new window over the tub. They replaced the toilet and installed the most beautiful reclaimed wood vanity, mirror and lighting. They finished up with just the perfect color paint, floor tiles and sideboards.

Not only did they do a fantastic job they were conscientious about the dust, debris removal and dodging our 5 kids. Merari is a very kind man with a strong work ethic. They finished the job within a very short time and on budget! The final cost of the job matched the initial quote Merari gave us before the work began. We have been enjoying our new bath ever since! I highly recommend his work!

I honestly cannot fully express how amazing Merari was. We hired him to renovate a home we purchased. He worked for us for about six months turning a house into our dream home. I have included some before and after photos. Not only is he excellent at his job, he is extremely professional and honest. If he promised me things would be done, he made sure it got done if it was at all in his control. Even working many late nights and weekends by himself to make sure it got done. He always worked with me to make sure got things just how I wanted but was honest enough to tell me when he wasn’t sure I would like it once done. And he was always right. His prices were fair and he takes great pride in his work. He never promised what he can’t deliver. Best contractor ever in my opinion. We have one more room to finish and I will definitely be calling him when it’s time.

Nick the electrician did some electrical work for my front house lights. Very professional, answered all my questions, and provided high quality work. He resolved my electrical issue and now I have bright lights! Ty Nick and thank you Modern Home Renovations for helping me out!

My husband and I finally had new floors installed and I have to say Merari came highly recommended and did not disappoint! The floors are absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier with how they came out! Merari is very patient and explains everything throughly! He pays very close attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work! We will definitely be using him again for any upcoming home projects!

I am going to start working from home and wanted to remodel my office. That idea turned into office, guest bedroom and bathroom remodel. Modern Home Renovations completed our project quickly, accommodated many changes and additions to the project with skill and a good attitude. They are great at communication which was a relief after my experience with a Lowe’s kitchen renovation. They do beautiful work and are organized and clean. I couldn’t be happier with the way everything came out. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to start on the new pantry!

I would highly recommend Modern Home Renovations. All of the workers very professional, well-groomed, and polite. I was given a written estimate with a complete breakdown of the costs and the time frame. Everything on my estimate was itemized and very detailed, specifically for what I wanted. They made sure that I was happy with the project at every step of the way. If there was anything that I was not happy with, they corrected it immediately. Their warranty for the work was stated up front and I was assured that if there were any problems in the future, they would come and address it quickly. I feel that the workers and owners are extremely trustworthy and honest. I am very pleased with the job they did for me and I've had numerous people stop by my house and tell me how beautiful it looks after it was painted.

They promptly contacted me after I submitted a request, Merari called and asked the proper questions to get an idea of the type of work I was inquiring about (interior home painting). Followed by an appt. at the property site where he offered his professional recommendations, and gave me options. Merari and his crew are excellent, we are totally satisfied with their work on two different projects, they are all very professional, meticulous down to the smallest detail, they always showed up on time and leave the job site very clean, I would reccomend them highly, I have used contractors over the last 30 years and they are the best I have seen.
