Banger Built Fitness Training

My son asked me to sign him up at In Shape now that he is 13 and could do the weights. He swims and wrestles. I stumbled into banger built looking for other possible gym options for him. First, you will be amazed by the conditioning of the staff and clients! Second, You would pay double the Banger Built prices at in shape, once the training and gym fees add up... for obviously lesser quality training as I have never seen a trainer at in shape any where close to the conditioning these guys are in... Third, they are kind, they know how to be compassionate and push at the same time that is a hard thing to do but they do it. So I signed up my son and he is happy, I know he is learning how to use the weights right and safely and always has guidance this is way better than turning them loose to figure things out at the gym putting time in and no result from bad reps, or giving up...or not doing the right weight for himself. I even signed myself up with a great lady PT Brandy to regain stamina after being on disability. Great place to join! Friendly people that work hard!

As a complete beginner who can only lift 5 lbs I would highly recommend this gym. I used to pay hundreds of dollars a MONTH to never go the gym but with this one I am looking forward to going. It's worth every penny. Everyone is so nice and patient while I slowly finish my sets. Sandy is incredibly kind and works with your level and needs. She definitely knows what she's doing and I trust her 💯.

Great place ! I have been going to Banger Built since June of last year. The positive energy and consist encouragement from all the trainers has kept me on track for my health and fitness. Sandy is my personal trainer she is extremely nice and always gives you a great workout and advice on nutrition. They also do a work out for anyone every Saturday which is a great way to come and try Banger Built out and see how they work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get fit and better their health.

Best Bang for your Buck(; this facility has an awesome environment, great equipment and their own supplement shop!! Even if you are looking to pick up your first weight or simply become healthier and stronger this place has the knowledge and experience to add to your script. The trainers look the part and practice what they preach 🙏

Such a great place to work out, the trainers are very knowledgeable and polite. Being new to working out was very intimidating coming to a gym. But from the first day everyone made it feel like I was welcome and part of their group. I highly recommend their gym for anybody wanting to work out and get in shape. Thank you Banger Built Family

Can't say enough about this gym and the staff that makes it the 5 star gym it is! The extremely positive and friendly environment will make it easy for ANY one to blend in! I've been training here for several months. I had never worked out or trained and was very cautious since I have back issues but I was looking to get into shape and gain some muscle. The trainers took my info and worked with me and allowed me to go at my pace but also pushing me when they knew I could handle it. Everyone here, trainers and clients, all get along and have a great time when we train. Very friendly, serious when need be but also a fun gym. Love the dynamic of the team.

Was in town visiting family from Florida. My cousin asked if I wanted to crash his session. He texted Shane to ask that evening, next thing I knew I was at his gym at 6am. Great facility and just by looking and speaking to the trainers you'll see they are leagues above the average trainer you'll meet at an ordinary gym. They're very educated and practice what they preach. It was my first time back in the gym in over a year, Shane was very easy on me but pushed us as much as he should and you won't find that anywhere else. My legs are sore and I love it. Actually enjoyed the place so much I asked my cousin to bring me back next time he went and voluntarily got up at 5:30am again. Will come back during Christmas time!

Great personal training gym for group or one on one training. Probably the most knowledgeable staff in Visalia. Highly recommend getting training here if you're a beginner all the way up to an advanced competitor. They are also very friendly and welcoming and constantly doing upgrades.
