The new location is very nice! They did a great job with it! I love the feel they were going for....a sense of community! Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. I'm glad I chose CVCB for my business banking.

As a property manager I go in every month with deposits. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful with any needs I may have. Thank you to all the ladies for such great service and your welcoming smiles.

Did have a couple issues with going here but we've worked out the problems. They are very helpful and try to keep customers happy

Slow system

No drive thru no tellers u walk in and wait for someone to take you to their cubicle it's very time consuming and parking is crazy their ATM was 9ut for 2 weeks and wouldn't even consider reimbursement for having to a pay a fee to use another banks atm not professional

I hate the new location its harder to get to its easier to pass by parking isnt as easy and the took away the drive thru which was very convenient for people whom work all day plus there's no front desk you just stand in the middle of a room waiting for someone to call you over wish they would go back to the old location it was easy it was friendly and convenient

This bank is trash. Nobody ever answers the phone, staff is lazy and incompetent. Bank somewhere else because this is not the place to bank.
