Canyon Oaks Foot and Ankle

Drs May, Nelson and Florek are totally amazing! The staff is awesome to all patients giving each lots of positive TLC! My husband has had 5 surgeries this year and Dr May has worked through each issue and we feel like the end is in sight! Kudos!!

Dr Nelson and his staff are excellent. Even with a full waiting room I felt as though my needs mattered and that I was receiving the care I deserved. As a Tricare patient, Dr. Nelson was actually a second opinion that I personally changed my referral to. The automatic referral went to Hanford where my issues were immediately dismissed by the specialist. Five minutes in Dr Nelson’s care, after 2.5 years of pain, I feel though I’m finally on the right track in my journey to healing. Thank you all so much for your time and I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr Nelson and all the staff are so patient and helpful and have such a great attitude. Both of the other doctors all work together to help us all. They consult together on patients cases and if one doctor is unable to do the procedure they will work together to help you as a whole. I am especially grateful to Sam she has been a true blessing. Dr. Florek and his team at Canyon Oaks were phenomenal. Dr. Florek did surgery on my ankle and his work and care were top notch.

We have been going to Dr. Florek for years. He has performed several surgeries with good results. We trust him for all our foot care. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommended all the doctors here.

Had my appointment today. As usual Dr. May was the best. For awhile I did have problems with their phone system and was ready to change doctor. Until Gina stepped in to help me, she had patience with me and learning their phone system. It was worth the wait. And the girls in the office were also great.

Dr. May is the most wonderful doctor!! Walking into the office the staff greeted me like i was family. They are truly the most amazing staff. When I first met Dr May he greeted me with the most wonderful smile. Dr. truly listened to all my concerns, and was so patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed. Dr. May helped me so much with the pain i was having.. I am no longer in pain, and feel fantastic. I am so happy and blessed that my doctor referred me see Dr. May and his caring staff..

The team at Canyon Oaks Foot and Ankle specialists are beyond helpful and kind. My parents were struggling to find a provider to see my father after he broke his ankle. After almost two weeks of searching and getting turned down from several offices, Gina in the referral department made a miracle happen. All other providers in the area were either booked or not accepting new clients. Gina was able to get us a next day appointment with Dr. Florek! We all want to extend our gratitude to Gina and everyone else at this wonderful office. Thank you!

Visalia Office-
The staff at this office is amazing! They are nice and very professional. Front office ladies are always there to greet us. Back office ladies are amazing and help with any questions we may have. They are gentle and explain everything they are doing. My son is a patient and they always treat him/us like family. Dr. May is a great Dr, a fantastic surgeon and a very nice person. My son has had two separate foot surgeries and they both turned out perfect. They were even available on the weekend after his last surgery when we had questions. Thank you Dr. May and Staff for everything you do. I highly recommend Dr May for any problems you may have with your feet.

I am writing on behave of my boyfriend and myself. I have always admired these doctors and I love their staff!!
We needed to see a doctor ASAP this week and when we called, for a urgent walk-in at 4:00, we would told without hesitation to come in and you will be seen 😊 Dr. Florek went above and beyond to see him and quickly ordered labs for him. He was even offered a water and help to the car! Talk about service!
I can’t say thank the staff and all the doctors at Canyon Oaks enough! I have personally dealt with them for my job for many years and you will NOT be disappointed!

The office staff is the kindest medical staff I've ever encountered! I talked to three people and each person was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Florek was also very kind. He listened to everything I had to say, and thoroughly discussed my treatment options with me.

This was my first visit and I was very appreciative they got me in with such a short notice. The front desk ladies were so sweet and helpful. Dr Florek was also very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend him. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Saw Dr. May today as a first time patient. Impressed with office staff, efficient and friendly. I had been advised to get either early morning or afternoon appointment, went in the afternoon and did not have to wait long after initial paperwork. Dr. May listened to my concerns and advised treatment based on my active lifestyle. I had interacted with Dr. May before as he was treating a friend. He is patient, kind and listens, and didn’t push any agenda either way.
