Dr. Ken Collins DDS

I am a person who didn't realize how important teeth were until it was almost to late. I have been to other dentists but they always hurt my feelings and made me never wanna go back. Then I met Dr. Collins and his awesome staff. They are highly trained and knowledgeable about everything they do. I have never been more happy or confident as I do right now after Dr. Collins completely changed my life and gave me a beautiful smile! I constantly am getting compliments 24/7! I highly highly reccomend this place! Big thanks to Dr. Collins, Ashley, Nicole, and everyone else that is amazing there! Thanks again!

HIGHLY recommend, staff members were super helpful and friendly. Dr. Collins is a super professional and caring dentist. Very detailed oriented too. I was able to get an oppointment last minute and get my tooth fixed. If I lived in Spokane, I'd pick him to be my family dentist. Hands down, 100% recommend, you will not regret it !

I made an appointment and was able to get on the next week. From the moment I entered the office I was treated like they had known me forever. My teeth are in bad shape but they never made me feel bad. They had a cancellation and I was able to be seen two days in a row. Amazing office. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

My friend had an abscessed tooth that needed to come out, and we accidentally came to the wrong Dr. Collins. The staff were so helpful and friendly and got us an appointment with another place that could take care of her. Wonderful folks work here and have your best interest at heart!

The staff is awesome! Dr.Collins guarantees great work and does a variety of different things. Not only am I able to get all my dental needs done through him I also can get Botox, waxing, and facials! It's a two in one stop. Highly recommend!!!

Quality service all around

The first time he fixed my teeth it was the most wonderful experience ever! $8,000 well spent. However, the second experience was anything but. $11,000 and he knew it didn't look good. He said to take time and make sure how I felt. A few months later I asked him to fix it and he said it would require another fee. I was livid. I payed to have buck teeth. Even though I never had them before. So disappointed and angry.

Double billed me more than once. Refused to refund my overpayment. My front teeth -both implants done by Dr Collins within one year of each other do not match at all. I was never given aftercare instructions even once (had three implants) Worse customer service. He charges double what my last Dentist charged. Left me miserable and in debt. Do not pay $5000 for an implant or $2000 for a crown. He justified the high prices by comparing “Steak with “McDonalds”. Payed steak prices for McDonalds results. Made NO attempt to make it right.
