I came into this location to get an upgraded phone. Vanessa was and is great!! She was helping 3 customers including myself at one time and when it was my turn my the activation was so quick I was surprised! I was in the store for no more than 20 minutes. Thank you so much Vanessa for your help and your amazing service!!

Great customer service at the Houston Ave. location from Vanessa. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us sign up for Tmobil 5g internet, and it's even better than we expected. Fast speed, reliable, no buffering at all!!! And we get a strong signal throughout the home. We're very happy with it and even happier to say GOODBYE TO XFINITY!!! 50.00 a month is sooooo much better than the almost 200.00 a month I was wasting every month with Xfinity. Go see Vanessa and try Tmobil 5g internet today, you won't regret it, trust me!!!

Amazing service here. They're quick, knowledgeable, and know what to do and how to do it. The deals they have are pretty good for new lines and switching over is fairly easy. The place is clean and they regularly wipe down surfaces. I definitely recommend going here if you want something to do with your phone.
