Farmers insurance has an incredible and wonderful staff which one of the reason why we have been with the company for 6+ years. Samuel Grant sat down with us and looked through all the plans and help us make the right insurance choices for our family’s needs, house, rental property and cars.
The personal “family feel” was noticeable and greatly appreciated after I was involved in a car accident. Submitting a claim was a breeze and once again Samuel and his staff was quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Sam and his team are unresponsive and very slow to respond to requests for policy changes or assistance. They’ve also hiked our auto policy rates each year by increasing our mileage estimates without asking. My experience with Sam and Farmers has been considerably worse than any previous insurance agent experience I’ve had and my wife and I are in the process of finding a new agent.
