Great specialty liquor store! I am always looking for hard-to-find beers and this store has many of the beer I look for. For example, they carry Dogfish Head 120 minute IPA. Highly recommend.

This store has an excellent selection of beer and the staff is very helpful. One of the few places in moorpark to get craft brews to take home.

This place is awesome, they’ve got everything! He had bottles that I’ve been looking for forever. The owner is a really cool guy, super friendly !

We happen to park in the stores parking space not seeing the sign because we're meeting someone at Starbucks. As soon as we did the owner kept peering out of the window, waiting.. he looked like he was going to approach our vehicle before we even got out of the car. We decided to move. But I know we will NEVER do business in this place.. seeing how he paces back n forth watching, seeming hostile. VERY BAD BUSINESS

I’ve shopped at JM Wine and Liquor for the past two years since I moved here to Moorpark. It’s overpriced and a little old school liquor-store dank, but I didn’t mind because I’m a loyal patron and care more about the community and convenience. Unfortunately, after spending hundreds of dollars on vapes, juices, and marginally impressive wine, the folks that work here don’t care about my business. I bought an overpriced torch lighter and immediately, when I arrived at home, the device gave me problems. It is a challenge when trying to click it on; sometimes doesn’t work, so I thought I could take it back. Upon review with the guy working there, he immediately defended the faulty device and not the customer relationship. I asked to return the item 12 hours after purchasing, he said no. I asked to exchange it, he said no. So bigger picture folks, say you spend money on a bottle of wine or cigar that didn’t meet your standards or was plain bad, to them, too bad. Doesn’t matter because all sales are final.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE 0 STARS HONESTLY. the owner of this store is such an inappropriate angry and rude man. I was studying at the starbucks next door for a few hours & while gathering a few items from my car he proceeded to yell at me for taking up a single parking "in front of his store, all day". it was very uncalled for since i was parked more in front of starbucks where i had been studying & purchasing drinks. unfortunately for him a starbucks just happened to be next to his store. It was incredibly rude & astonishing to me that he blamed me for "ruining his business" by parking in front of the starbucks i had been a patron to for the past few hours. only thing that is ruining his business is his abrasive and hostile attitude.

Earlier today I was walking to my car from Starbucks and I see an older gentleman howling at a group of kids, using all sorts of inappropriate gestures. Upon inquiring with the kids I found out that the reason they were being screamed at publicly is because the owner of this institution is annoyed that they park their respective vehicles in front of Starbucks and leave, what the owner did not know is that the students had been studying all day at the Starbucks and were going to get some food and hence were carpooling to save fuel. They usually study at a different Starbucks but decided to study here today to save time. I have given this wine shop my business many times but I have decided not to do so anymore, someone who screams at college students without obtaining the whole picture just isn't worth giving business to in my opinion.

In reality it's more like - 5 star. I'm sure they probably have a good selection of things, but with the owner yelling at patrons of other businesses. I will never go here. Leaving his store unattended while strolling around harassing people is not the kind of thing I like to see in my community.

The owner of this store is the rudest person I have ever met. Anyone that stands around yelling at people in the parking lot will not get my business.
