This delicious sushi spot had me begging for more. First things first, it was busy, so I expected a 35 minute wait just to be seated. To my surprise we got seated in 15. Honestly had plenty of time to check out the menu before heading in. Sat down and loved the safety precautions they made. Plexy glass up between tables but still had great atmosphere. The two rolls I had, I can not remember for the life of me what they were called, but with the pictures I'm goin to drop with this review it worth every minute of wait. Every flavor was perfect! Every bite was a new adventure! Go and Be Amazed!

Absolutely loved our experience at Hikari. We saw several glowing reviews, and were excited to try their All-You-Can-Eat sushi. We were disappointed at first arriving at the restaurant to signs saying their AYCE was suspended due to COVID, but then we saw they were offering 50% off all their rolls to compensate. This allowed us to order a total of 6 rolls for the price of a typical AYCE, and it was definitely all we could eat haha. Every roll was delicious, and they have an extensive menu with lots of variety for every kind of sushi lover. We'll definitely be returning again at some point!

But, they do 1/2 price mostly- although it is still a bit pricey, it is high quality sushi. Very unique and flavorful options!

My BF and I still come there every now and then from Granada Hills. Great food, good service. They've changed management a few times, but the staff and quality have remained.

First time. Great portions, staff were very polite, quick service, all you can eat option. Be ready to grub because you can select multiple items and the table will be full within minutes of order. Go with a full appetite!!

This was the FIRST place I ever had sushi as a teen.. Now, around 15 years later, it's still one of the best around! I forgot just how good Hikari is, and I'm sad I've been away so long! There's a reason there's always a line out front at dinner time. Totally worth the wait!

Hakari sushi restaurant my top #1 restaurants. I had been in other sushi restaurants hoping find the same quality or better, but they all failed. Love my Simi Valley Hakari Sushi Barr!

Hidden gem! Accidentally came during happy hour and got all I could eat sushi for 24$. Total deal and are way too much!

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Good quality stuff. Small restaurant capacity and quite popular so there’s going to be a wait if you go during peak hours. The servers were super nice and helpful. Prices are pretty standard for sushi but definitely worth it if you choose all-you-can-eat and order at least 3 rolls. You will he stuffed.

Amazing sushi, really good quality, Will be coming here again. The roles posted was regular salmon roll, Washington roll, Itchi roll, Spanish roll, and Mexican!

Stopped in for a bite around 3pm on a Thursday. Friendly and quick service. Opted for single meals as opposed to all you can eat and grabbed Dragon Rolls, Aloha Rolls and an Edamame appetizer. Very satisfying overall and will be back the next time we're in the Simi Valley area.
