Jonny & one of the employees (we think he was Jonny's supervisor) helped me and my husband with excellent service related to our iphones last weekend. We were so glad to have gone to the Mill Creek store, it definitely has very friendly & knowledgeable employees. Jonny was very attentive, very pleasant to work with, and did an amazing job during the whole process of setting up my new iphone. Thank you so much!!

Nelly was great. She listened to my concern and told me my options that were available. She told me about an option to upgrade my phone that ultimately benefited me in the end, as well as a bundle purchase of some accessories. I did not intend to upgrade! Nelly explained the different options and the benefits and drawbacks of each on a way that I could understand. There was no pressure to purchase one plan over another. She appeared to want what was best for me. Ultimately I left with a great phone that met my needs as well as a few accessories that did not break my budget!

Went to the Lynnwood (Alderwood Mall Pkwy) location before coming here to upgrade a phone. After waiting for over three hours and watching their manager attend to other walk-in clients we left.

Went in to Mill Creek Verizon store and Spencer did an excellent job taking care of my needs and answering my questions as I was coming in for an upgrade.
