Urgent Care: Adventist Health Physicians Network

I really like this urgent care. All of the staff members are super nice, friendly, helpful, quick, and they all are good at their jobs. 0 complaints. I noticed they were caring and empathetic toward other patients I was in the waiting room with too.

I went in for a cough and breathing problems. I had a rattling in my chest. I was greeted and checked in right away. It was very clean and pleasant in the waiting room. I was called in within 10 minutes. The person that saw me was very kind and understanding. I had an xray and received a prescription and was on my wY. I was really impressed with this facility.

I was really impressed by the PA that saw me. He gave me the reasons why he prescribed the meds to treat my adverse reaction to a drug. He actually looked closely and pressed the reddened area to determine secondary infection.

Walk-in process was easy. Both the nurse & doctor were very nice & provided good conversations & information regarding my symptoms. Although not quite to the stage of infection yet, the doctor prescribed antibiotics given my history of sinus infection per our conversation. Several days later full-blown sinus infection showed its ugly/colorful face + fever, even with daily cold+flu medications. I’m now waiting for the already filled antibiotics to clear me up.

My experience at the Moorpark Urgent care was once again great! The staff was also wonderful to deal with. I especially appreciate Katrina. 🌺🌸

Been in a few times with my young kids & now, myself. Staff is helpful & friendly. At other visits, felt that I wasn’t heard much but at the last visit, appreciated that they were actively listening & working with me; not just going through the motions. Everyone can have an off day so one off visit wouldn’t affect me not going here when needed. Appreciate that it is part of the hospital network locally so that my records are altogether for reference.

Last week was my first time going to Adventist Health Urgent Care and it was a great experience, Dr. Judd went above and beyond on my behalf. I went in with unique symptoms and he researched and worked with me, calling other doctors on my behalf. I was very impressed and felt listened to. My family and I will definitely be returning patients.

Very quick and friendly!! The nurse was kind and caring and the doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. Took time answering my questions!! So thankful we have this urgent care with Adventist Health!!

They were very nice and efficient. The wait not bad and I didn’t it have any insurance and they didn’t make me wait for a long to be seeing.

This place is awesome there so fast friendly and helpful they make everything so easy and get you out in a timely manner I don't go to the ER no more I go here there amazing and wonderful being a mother is hard enough they take some of the stress away

Fast and courteous, kind and considerate care. I have had the fortune of choosing to go to them in a few emergent situations and each time walked away feeling heard and cared for with the most prompt office visit and X-rays - in and out in under an hour! One particular nurse, Jose, always is so efficient with a calming energy and considerate professional care. The doctors are helpful, listen well, straightforward and present. Everything you could ask for in an urgent care facility. Glad to have such reliable care in our community. Thank you for your exceptional service!

This was my first experience at Adventist Urgent Care. They took very good care of me. My only insurence is Medicare. They diagnosed my symptoms correct and efficiently. The proper medication was sent to my pharmacy and was ready for pickup as soon as I left. All this took place in approximately 30 minutes. Oh, btw, there was no charge. Excellent job, I recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you so much.

I love the staff! The doctors are so nice and gentle and listen to my health issue and care! They speak to me and let me know what is what and why. I feel so much better when my visit is over just bcuz of the great service I was provided by the provider. I love Adventist Health Urgent Care in Moorpark. The staff is all so great. I have a very bad experience going in Urgent care but this one changes everything I have experience before. My visit was pleasant, no waiting, since all my information are captured in Adventist health app, it was pretty much in and.out, from the frontdesk to the specialist are all friendly and highly experienced.

Quick and clean - everything you look for with an urgent care facility. This is my new go to for urgent care!
