I came in by suggestion from my neighbor cause I was just released from prison and I needed to get on track with a job. But I was overwhelmed by the thought of my backround and how employers would view me. After working with Darlene I was able to find a job in under a month. She helped me by being understanding, patient, supportive and informative in a very positive and professional way. The way she explained things to me helped me build a confidence in myself to get a job. I would strongly suggest this company to anybody who is in a similar situation as I was.

If you are serious about bettering yourself, so are they. Everyone there is awesome. There is not a problem one that they will not guide you in the wrong direction with. They all have a real passion for what they do. I will always be greatfull for my experience there. Thank you for everything.

Even when the facility is closed to the General Public due to the Pandemic, when Staff is found outside on a ciggie break, and approached with a need or question, they step up time and again to assist those of us in need of a helping hand. Posted flyers on the front of the entrance doors list phones and websites to access help for the time being, but it's the Staff that makes it all work right!! Go Team!! ((Part of the Unsung Heros League)) Please... Remember your mask, and Stay Safe, everyone!!

They treat people as if they are not educated and do not know what they are doing. They tell you they are there to help with employment needs. They are not helping everyone with employment needs. They are collecting money and dispersing money. That is all. Mason county is in a partnership with this charity organization that is not qualified to help people with an actual degree, no criminal record and is looking for a professional job. Not a entry level job for criminals and young people.

I sent my request for a program on Feb 13, 2020 and never received any communication after numerous calls, voicemails, and follow up email. The pre-arranged internship with a great local company fell through because of PacMtn. I think your organization is great but the person that is handling your JBLM program is dropping the ball.

Dvr sends me here all the time no help. I tell them what jobs I’m looking for and no help.
