Quality Inn Redding near I-5

The rooms are exceptionally clean, the service is great and the security here is beyond my expectations.
Chris at the front desk is very helpful and considerate.

Very comfortable, clean. Nice breakfast. Accessible rooms. My total was 111$ for a handicap room.

Perfect. Haven’t been to the pool or breakfast yet but if it’s like the rest I’m sure it’s great. Chris, front desk, perfect. Excellent manners, friendly, efficient, on it. Front desk has snacks and a few other odds and ends. Lobby smelled fresh and clean. The room was spotless minus a bit of coffee spilt in the fridge someone missed. Everything else looked great and I look. All appliances worked well and furniture was clean and functional. Location is perfect. Even in the death heat, could still walk to food if you need to. Lots of options close for food and shopping. Good wifi connection as well

In the middle of my stay and so far better than good... The manager balances professionalism and friendliness so I am well taken care of and I have faith in a job well done!!!
And it costs less than it looks!!!

Had to stay in Redding unexpectedly. Came across the hotel and wasn't sure at first. However the manager, Angela, was very nice, professional and the lobby and eating area was very nice, clean & updated. The room was great, met our needs, very lighted parking lot and the pool was great. For the price of room and breakfast included we were pleased. For sure would come back.

I spent two nights there when I was waiting to move into my new place and it was decent I don't have anything bad to say about quality ! The lady with the long blond air that checked me in the late/early morning was very professional and was very nice and cordial !

Great stay for the price! We found the rooms clean, tidy, and roomy. Water was piping hot (we took a long bath), microwave and fridge both functioned well and appeared clean, room had no smell (unpleasant or otherwise), and the staff were extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome. The only negative we experienced was a lack of elevator - not the fault of anyone on site, of course, but still a little exasperating after a long day travelling. Still, we felt we got a very good deal for what we paid and would gladly stay again. Thanks Paul!

We checked in for the night on our drive up to Washington. The place was so super clean, no trash on site on the property, which was really nice. The room itself was smaller than what I'm used to (Motel 6) but it was so clean and well stocked, which more than made up for it. We had a room with two queen beds, which both had crisp, clean sheets and soft fluffy pillows. The bathroom was fantastic; also super clean, with four of each different type of towel. It had those tiny bottles of soap and cream, and the mirror was awesome, as it had one of those lights around it, so I could see myself clearly. The room also had a full body mirror, as well as the door to the closet was also a full mirror. It had both a refrigerator and microwave, both of which worked great. The hotel itself is in a great location; very near restaurants and fast food places; I felt safe walking across the street that night to Marie Calender's for dinner. Breakfast was wonderful, with an assortment of foods ranging from cereal, bacon, sausage and eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), yogurt and fruit, waffle makers to make waffles, and different drinks. If I had to dock them on anything it would be their pet area. We were traveling with our dog and their pet area is just a small patch in the back of the building with pebbles and gravel. I think it would be super great if they could get some grass to grow there, as it would be better to get dogs to go. As it is, I had to walk our dog up the street a ways so he could do his business, as he wouldn't go on the gravel. But other than that the place was really wonderful and I would totally recommend it if you need to stay over in Redding. We will be back on our next road trip. :D

As other people mentioned, some small repairs are needed here and there. But overall it's not bad at all. Our room was clean - no dust on furniture or dirt on a bed and in a bathroom. Hotel located in quiet place. Many parking spots. The only thing that we didn't really like was Wi-Fi. It was slow with not very stable. It wasn't terrible but definitely needs to be improved. Breakfast is very basic.

They need more places like this ❤, clean, neat and very respectful. Love it. Keep up all the great work! Love love love this you take care of business!

Liked the hotel staff here, they were really friendly. Located next to Pizza Hut in Redding city, this Quality Inn is as good as any other I have been to in the past. Free breakfast is served from 6.30 to 10.30 AM everyday and includes bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, bread, bagel, pastries, coffee and juice. I liked the 4 hour, flexible complimentary breakfast time which is a bit unusual. The rooms are clean, maintenance staff is terrific and any service orders are taken up with immediate priority. We had a broken shower knob that had to be fixed urgently before check out and the staff accommodated.

Great management and staff. Spa water in the lobby was an amazing touch. Simple, clean(ish) rooms with working aircon in the center of somewhat busy street. Breakfast was surprisingly comprehensive in the tiny setting, pleasantly happy to find some hot servings like scrambled eggs, potatoes. Pool was so nice to have in the hot weather- nice if they'd add a little low screen/barrier for privacy from parking lot and pizza hut in the same lot. My family said they missed a lack of changing area and a hot tub.

I had a very nice stay. Room was nice and clean and the shampoo/soaps actually smelled very refreshing. Continental breakfast could have more variety to it but if you come early enough, you should be able to get in a good meal.

I called prior to booking the room. I was concerned about the reviews that there was no hot water in the rooms
Chris assured me it had been corrected. Chris was also most accommodating when we checked in. Would stay here again. Very clean.

I would have been very I'll with out having a place to come after getting out of hospital. The rooms have microwaves coffee pots and refrigerator with ice Machines available Thank You For Your Hospitality sincerely David D.Cox

This is my 2nd time staying at Quaexpectlity Inn on Hilltop Dr. I was very impressed with my first stay here in Oct. 2019. And due to a family situation with my 98 yr old Mom, I needed to be here for 5 days along with my little dog who is licenced and tagged as my hearing assistant, because I am hearing impared. The room they gave us fit our need. Not fancy, but I don't expect that in a pet friendly hotel. The staff both times has been wonderfully helpful, cheerful, accommodating, and welcoming! The breakfasts are amazing with great selection, and breakfast area is kept very clean and has large windows to sit and watch the sun come up!

Very impressed. We stopped there pretty late just for the night. Check in was easy. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet until about 5:30am when people were leaving the hotel. Nice and clean.

Older building but over all very nice! You can tell they have really put alot into the hotel lately, absolutely love the security system not like its totally needed but so nice to have that extra comfort that its there. Also beautiful little back area with a picnic tablet and bbq perfect just to hang out and relax after a long day! The manager was really nice and accommodating. Most of all the younger gentleman who works at night is awesome!! Our lock went out on the door and at like midnight he had to literally take the whole thing appart just to replace a battery but he was so kind and just chatted with us while working on the door. Last but not least perfect lil pool 😊! Will def stay again.

It looks as if they remodled the rooms there is not carpet but now hardwood floors. The rooms are really nice and they are pet friendly

We stayed for 1 night on April 3rd & were checked in by LaDonna. We were upgraded to a room with a king sized bed. We really appreciated the service wereceived, and the room was very comfortable. We left the next morning at 5:30 and the gentleman at the desk let me in to get a coffee, hot water & a yogart which was greatly appreciated!
