CVS

After waiting several hours my prescription finally got sent to CVS. After waiting in line I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile by Belle who said it wasn’t ready but that they would call my name and when they do to come up and wait off to the side. After my name was called she told the man who was next that she was going to assist me and then him. She assisted my quickly and I was on my way. Even though I was waiting for over 38 minutes. Just listening to her and her consistent, great customer service made the wait pleasant. So thanks Belle. You truely are a dying breed.

I came in with my kids to get some snacks. The employees were Nice and helpful. I recommend CVS and will definitely be back! :))

Kind and helpful staff working very hard in a stressful and demanding environment. I can't thank them enough for everything that they do. Many of the things people are complaining about are simply out of the pharmacy's control or not even their fault to begin with.

Every time CVS pharmacy always tells me that they have some thing all the other pharmacies always end up telling me that they don’t they’re hard-working people they really are. They deserve more credit than what everybody gives them. courteous, kind, and prompt

Ryan the Mgr of the pharmacy is very nice and helpful! The staff work so hard. I don't think they are paid enough salary for their intense fast paced jobs!! Come on CVS give everyone a raise with a decent wage!! If you want GREAT employees instead of just so so employees, give them a decent raise and watch them bloom!!! I know Corporate can afford it!!! With inflation up 8.8% they really need it!! Bonnie B.

I just want to say THANK YOU CVS! So, I use Costco as my pharmacy, however today (a Saturday afternoon) I went to my pharmacy Costco & they didn't have my prescription or any of it to do a partial fill. And are thinking it might be Tuesday or longer until they receive a shipment.
This particular RX is not an easy one to find. Costco said they could do a transfer to another pharmacy if I could find one who'd have the quantity, that would be open on a weekend, & would be willing to fill it.
I called Walmart, Safeway, Raleys, RiteAid, Walgreens... Walmart happened to be the only one willing to even check for me the rest of the pharmacies either weren't open, or couldn't risk filling my RX & not have enough for their normal customers.
CVS was amazing. I walked in, was talking to a pharmacist within 5 min., they agreed to fill my rx & had enough to fill the whole prescription.
They treated me like a person and were kind, professional, & understanding. Thank you everyone there today for being amazing.

The supervisor, Alec, was great. Helped carry my groceries to my vehicle after dark. Excellent customer support makes all the difference.

The manager Shelly was more than understanding and truly cares about customer service. She's a phenomenal employee/manager and CVS is lucky to have her.

Whenever I get prescriptions filled here, the staff has always been pleasant to deal with. For a "Big Box" pharmacy, they don't act like it.

The Pharmacists seem to care for their customers. I've had no issues here.

If it weren't for the Rx insurance I have, I would run to this CVS. They had long lines, but they kept moving along and my Rx's were always filled accurately. Pharmacists and employees were friendly and I am seriously considering another Medicare D insurance company for 2019. If CVS owns Aetna, I will be going there next year. Walgreens, across the street, Churn, is causing me so much stress that I extremely stressed out to the point of needing to take a Xanax before going there.

Well there always a line there but the team that works behind the counter for the pharmacy is absolutely wonderful there patient and you can tell they’re overwhelmed but they handle it well

Supper nice and helpful. I had a bad flair up okie dokie gout. Was an hour away from store, with only 10 minutes till they closed. Daughter could pick up prescription if they would fill it for me and she got there in time. They worked with me nicely. So appreciative! Got my meds.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE RYAN AND THE WHOLE, CVS PHARMACY FAMILY, THEY ARE AWESOME, THEY CARE, THEY ALWAYS HELP YOU WHEN NEEDED AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY ❤ THANK U RYAN, KIRA, CAROL, WENDY AND THE WHOLE CVS TEAM LOVE YOU ALL ❣❣ U ROCK ❤👍🏾

I had a very positive experience with your store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend your store to my friends and loved ones.

The manager here has always been very friendly and always greets us
with a big smile.He is working hard each time we go in. I recommend this CVS if you like being welcomed. Five big stars from my hubby and me!

I have been to other CVS in the area and this one by far has the quickest and nicest staff..
