I want to personally shout out Tawyna at this location for her kind assistance and great customer service. Honestly I have been to this Walgreens a couple of times and even though they were never my first choice, the service from the Pharmacy staff have always been above and beyond. Went there before to fill a prescription and the Pharmacist (of Asian descent) personally came out to assist me with choosing the correct iron tablet. I have been there at least five times because Walgreens on Lake has messed up my prescription and every single time, the service has been great...thank you guys...I was honestly about to switch Pharmacy after tonight but you guys did well, again...thank you.

Very proactive crew. Unhapply the demand here is high. Always I have a good service here, me and my wife. Thank you for your outstanding services.

They are ALWAYS SWAMPED due to being the only 24 hr pharmacy, however their staff handles it very well! Tonight I went in around 8:30ish and the pharmaceutical clerk was not only juggling the drive through but 2 registers as well! And he was still so sweet and caring! He seriously re-ran like 3 different discount cards with our insurance to bring a hefty $1500 down to $535 for my prescription! (Fyi that's for ONE month!!) I couldn't believe how caring he was all while multitasking so well! Kudos Walgreens!

I love this Walgreens !!!!!! The staff is sooooo nice. I have only ever seen two managers and they were ok, but the workers are amazing. Thankfully I don't have to really ever deal with the managers. The workers seem to enjoy their jobs and are so kind to the customers and they never hesitate to help me with products or coupons, etc. I prefer going to Walgreens over bigger stores, can get in and out quickly, plus I love all their little knick knacks and holiday items. My FAVORITE store.

Picked up prescriptions by drive thru. Was pouring down rain. Didn't have to park or get wet. To walk to back of store and wait in line. How convienant.

Five stars for a Walgreens in my opinion.

don't get the bad reviews this place has saved me multiple times. I work in fire and travel from so cal to nor cal throughout the year and have had nothing but problems at other places like cvs. walgreens has always seen who I was and never given me trouble filling my prescription in redding or so cal depending on where I am at and I thank them for that.

This staff is super nice here and they work so hard it's incredible I couldn't imagine having their jobs the reason your waiting 30 minutes in line is because they are trying to help everyone the best they can and there's a million things they have to do to help someone. Counting pills four times over just because of laws and then quadruple checking everything and people constantly yelling at you... You guys are the silent heroes of the world regardless of what people might say... Without you all people would lose their minds... Dont let their impatients and bad reviews make you forget that.

Wonderful experience getting a covid test today. Saw a goat on a leash in front of the store. Heart warming. A true spiritual moment.

My girls and I sat in the parking lot after getting meds for 2 hours. Highly recommend. Big entertainment scene late at night. Will be coming again.

Really surprised by the negative reviews I'm reading here. I just called the pharmacy and the person who answered the phone was courteous and friendly. Hopefully you'll find this to be your experience as well. I would definately be willing to go here again.

Always in and out with no trouble. These low scores usually come from entitled spoiled people.
