Elements Massage

Megan was amazing. She answered all of my questions when she helped me get set up. Justine was fantastic. The pressure was spot on. She walked me through each step of the massage. She listened to my problem area and remembered during the massage. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I find it easy to make an appointment here. The atmosphere is calm and the staff is helpful. My massage therapist always remembers me and is knowledgeable and courteous. This is definitely my "go to" place for a massage in the valley!

The staff was very kind and professional. Making the appointment was super quick and easy. I have been needing to get a referral from my doctor for massage therapy, but haven't had time to do so. I was in so much pain that I decided to just find any place in Spokane and pay out of pocket. Elements was the only one I found that would get me in for a same day appointment. And I'm so glad I did. I was given an introductory rate which was way less than I expected to pay, and Damian did such a great job and made me feel completely comfortable. I walked out feeling so much relief. I love elements massage because I can go there in the evenings and then come home and go to bed. I’m a busy person running my own business and there’s no way I could go on a weekday so I love that they have so much availability on weekends.

I don't mind making a recommendation for those who deserve it. Elements massage has always been in that category of "pretty good" when it comes to massage therapy. Heck, even my daughter worked for them for a while as a massage therapist so I had to put in a good plug for them as she was working for them, right? But the last couple of experiences made me a believer. I had sent my wife to them a couple of months back. She didn't have quite the experience she was hoping for, but they took my feedback to heart and made it right for her. That was great customer service. This last time, I had a massage with Keyanna ... She did an amazing job. She took the time to ask me where my pain points were, where it mattered the most, and ensured that I had what I needed where I needed. It was incredible. I appreciate it.

I love how easy it is to make an appointment a day or two ahead of time and so far all of the therapists me and my daughter have had have been amazing.

April gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I had the worst day and was also in so much pain, and April truly gave me so much relief. She is highly professional and very knowledgeable!

I moved here in 2019 and found this place through a family recommendation. I've so far seen two therapists here and each time I'm floored at how well they treat me and my injuries. If you ever get the chance ask for Marcus or Gracie as they both have been so patient with me. If they ever have to cancel on me they always have a back up therapist for me to see, even if I choose to just wait for the next appointment. If I have to cancel they've always been amazing and most times never even ask for the reason.

The studio is clean and comfortable, and the staff are professional and caring. Every massage I have received here has been fantastic and customized to me. I tried cupping for the first time this week (thank you, Deanna!!) and it really helped relieve tension in my shoulders. I have already started recommending this location to my friends and family.

The front desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They greet everyone warmly and are always smiling. The treatment rooms are warm and soothing and incredibly clean. All that is wonderful, but I come back monthly because my massage therapist, Patrick, is professional and punctual. He listens to my needs and tailors my massage to meet them. He has helped increase my flexibility and soothe my pain points. He even gives me stretching suggestions that help me avoid injury during my workouts. I couldn’t be happier!

I recently had my first prenatal massage (and only second professional massage) at Elements and it was AMAZING! Jacqueline was so great and I absolutely loved every minute of my service with her. She had the perfect pressure and was very respectful for my desire for peace and quiet. She also focused on my problem areas and was a tremendous help to my pain from pregnancy. I will definitely be going back to see her soon! The front desk girl was also incredibly warm and inviting and very personable. From beginning to end I was very pleased with the overall experience here at Elements and would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Elements. I have a strenuous work schedule that keeps my body tight and sore. When I arrived they kindly greeted me, made me feel very welcomed. I booked an hour deep tissue message and it was worth every penny. I got my back worked out by Anna she communicates very well, and is very very knowledgeable about her craft. I was able to schedule an appointment for a one hour massage the same day I decided I wanted to get one! Their online appointment booking process is super convenient and easy. Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the therapist was very professional and did exactly what was requested to customize my massage. Was a great experience. Will definitely be back.
