What a great place,they are now are hearing needs for sure.Jennifer is great,very knowledgeable,my husbund Larry need a new piece on his hearing aid,we weren't sure if they had it on hand,she replaced with a new one,and,cleaned it,we got new ear wax GAURDS,she flushed my ear wax out,now I can hear agsin,Larrys hearing aid is like a brand new one,can't thank them enough,so

Wonderful experience with Ryan at Precision Hearing! I had difficulty hearing out of one ear and even after trying every method of wax removal I could find on my own I could still hear very little out of my left ear. I went to Precision Hearing for a video otoscopy and ear cleaning and it was fascinating to see in real time how a glob of ear wax was firmly stuck to my eardrum, preventing it from vibrating. The tiny camera was completely painless. The wax was quickly and thoroughly removed and my hearing returned. Ryan also did a hearing test, they are free, and showed me my results mapped out on a large screen. He was knowledgeable and generous to take the time to explain, answer questions, and make recommendations specific to my needs even though I do not need a hearing aid. Very professional and helpful! I highly recommend Precision Hearing for all hearing and ear problems. They took great care of me and I'm confident they will take great care of you too.

I have been going to Precision Hearing for 6+ years now. Ryan is awesome and any questions I have he always answers them honestly even it might not make him more money. I've sent friends, and family to him and will keep going myself!

I was recently on vacation in St. George, and noticed that something seemed to be wrong with one of my hearing aids. So I dropped in on Precision Hearing, in the off-chance they'd be willing to take a look at it and let me know if it needed repair, etc. They took a look at it, cleaned it for me, and it was good as new. Whole process took a couple of minutes and we were on our way - at no charge to me!

The next day, I noticed that my other hearing aid now sounded a bit dull in comparison to the newly cleaned one (of course) and so I dropped back in and met Dr. Dunker- he gave me the same excellent treatment, cleaned it up and we were on our way in no time.

Doug Dunker went an extra mile helping me with my hearing problems that I have on T.V. He told me about the Ear Tech TV Audio with the neck loop. It was compatible with t-coil that I have with my hearing aids. The sound quality is so awesome! I was able to understand the people talking on the TV much clearer. Took my mom in for a free hearing consultation. They scheduled to meet our needs, explained things in excellent detail, and just plain CARE about people. It is refreshing to deal with people who are more concerned with you than they are with money. Excellent company.

I just wanted to say a few things about Precision hearing you won't find a better doctor with a more caring bedside manner then dr. Doug Heaven Help me today when he was sick so I just want to say you can't do better than Precision hearing he even gave me a loaner pair of hearing aids which made a huge difference at my job thanks so much dr.
