Excellent service! Super friendly staff. Great communication. Was told beforehand what services were going to happen, then they happened, then we recapped what happened. I have a Giant Revolt 2 with the weird half hydraulic / half cable, and we were able to talk about the nuances so I knew what to choose. Will be back for all my bike needs

Can’t say enough good things about Tom and Kevin of San Juan Cycles. If you need anything for your bike related to service, equipment or parts they’re the best shop in town by far. And they’re super kind and friendly to boot.

Kevin and Tom are the best bike mechanics around. They run a very professional shop, and I trust them with all my bikes. They take the time to listen and talk to you about what's going on with your bike, and they even take before and after photos of repairs so you can see what they did.

This little bike shop is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We're from out of town, I had an untimely issue with a sticky dropper post. Kevin took the time to look at it, diagnose and fix it the same day. He also explained to me what the issue was and even saved the cables to show me. Great crew of professional bike mechanics.

They are not backed up for weeks like most shops and can get you in and out fast! They are on top of all the new gear and actually travel to races so know what is works and what doesn't.

San Juan Cycles is the best place in town have your bikes worked on. I don't think you'll find a more experienced bike mechanic anywhere. Tom and Kevin have repeatedly gone way out of their way to help me out!

Tom, Kevin & Crew pulled out all the stops to put my very demolished bike back together after it dropped off the back of our camper trailer. Top Notch professional service 2nd to none. These guys are amazing!

Stopped by to have my XTR shifter fixed and a brake rotor trued up. They were able to do the fix right away and gave me tips on how to measure rotor wear. Friendly, fast & professional. Also got some cool insights from their trips supporting the USA olympic MTN bike team. Will definitely be back!

As far as I can make out the only true LOCAL BIKE SHOP in Durango. My older Cannondale hard tail wasn’t running quite right, SJ Cycles were the only guys in town with the parts bin or any interest in getting my bike running for me again.

Best bike shop in Durango, hands down. Better than all the rest. I’ve never bought a Giant before, I love Cannondale but for service I’d probably buy a Giant from these guys to make sure that my high $ bike got the best care.

Went in with an odd request for my fork. They had a part to fix it in stock. Installed it free and sent me home with a sample of carbon paste to install my seatpost. Couldnt be more pleased with the service!

Stopped by while passing through on a cross country bike ride, and came in close to closing. Tom hooked me up with what I needed and took the time to install my new chain and check to make sure I didn’t have any issues wi5 the drivetrain before I rolled out. I wish this could be my local shop!
