O'Reilly Auto Parts

Great service. knowledgeable staff. However, it is always good if you do your homework and already know what you need. Otherwise, they'll work with you to figured it out. They also rent tools like brake calipers spreaders and air conditioner refill kits. If you are your own family mechanic, O'reilly is your go to place for certain parts. With that said, I only use OEM parts in my tacoma and I get those through Toyota dealers. Other shops to consider in town are Autozone and NAPA auto. Those also have knowledgeable staff and offer other services like oil disposal and brake rotor resurfacing (NAPA).

Matt was super friendly & helpful! Besides selling me the parts I needed, he installed them & made sure they worked. He even made sure my battery was secure which was not my issue. The next time I need parts O’Reilly’s will be the first place I check! Also, their jingle is on point!

I was traveling through the area with an RV and needed some help with a floor jack to work on the brakes. Matt was willing to help me out and bent over backwards to make sure I could get the job done!

Matt helped me the last couple days I came into the store and I was so impressed with his level of service. I am a newbie when it comes to changing my car’s oil but he was very patient and took the time to tell me how to do it. I hope management realizes what a great associate he is!

These guys last night were awesome. Charged my battery, but when my car kept stalling after putting the battery back in, spent some time trying to figure out the problem. Very nice experience

I have gone to this oreileys twice, both times they have been absolutely amazing. Garret has helped me troubleshoot my car multiple times and most recently Ringo and Ryan were awesome too. They don’t up sell me and they are honest and knowledgeable. These guys deserve a raise!!

We were five hours away from our destination when our Prius inverter cooling pump failed. O’Reilly’s had the exact part in stock. They let us borrow all the tools we needed for this emergency repair in their parking lot. The staff stopped by to check on us several times during the process. While we worked, we saw them help a series of other customers with various problems. They are amazing!!

Out of all the O'Reilly's I've been to in America, this is by far the best one. The staff actually knows something about vehicle mechanics. Ringo is your banner employee.

Chad was really helpful and he knows cars. I replaced a water pump in their parking lot. I had to borrow a special fan clutch tool. I was in and out in a hour and a half!!

Cameron was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us when we came in with a battery issue

I recently visited O'Reilly's Auto Parts and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy for me to find the parts I needed. They were also very friendly and professional, which made my visit stress-free. I highly recommend O'Reilly's for all of your automotive needs.

Camdon went above and beyond any service I've ever received in Durango, he was extremely helpful and made sure I found what I was looking for. I will definitely return to this location for any future auto parts needs.

It was my family and myself first time in Durango, we had booked a stay at a Air BNB off Lake Purgatory and needed tire cables for the snow. Anyway, we purchased a set that was recommended. After we opened it and told them that they don't even fit O'Reilly's took them back and refunded our money with no problems. Unfortunately we did not experience the same great customer service over at Napa Auto Parts off of 377 S Camino Del Rio, Durango, Colorado. We went over there to purchase another set of Tire cables so incase we do need them. We purchased the cables on December 18 and never opened them or removed them from their plastic cover. Thank fully our roads were plowed and we didn't have to use them. When we went back on Monday instead of Sunday because the store was closed. Napa would not let us return the item. I asked to speak with a Manager and he didn't want to get up from the back of the store. Instead the manager just continued on with his lunch and directed the employer not to refund me back my money. I have tried calling their customer service line since December 20 and all they continue to do is just say someone should be in contact with me in the next 48 hours, but its already been a week. Trust me stay clear from Napa

We are on vacation and our battery died at our hotel and we got it jumped. I decided to come to O’Rielly’s and to get the battery checked. Andrew was so nice and checked the battery for me. It happened to be a bad battery, so he rang me up a new one and changed it within 15 mins. He was fantastic and the service here great. I highly recommend this place!

Cam, at o Reilly is a pro. I’ve shopped at auto parts for over 50 years. Smoothest, slickest visit ever! Switching to O Reilly! and Cam.

Good customer service is rare at an auto parts store but today I received it. The part I needed was not in its appropriate location in the back. Rather than coming back to me a saying they didn't have the part the sales associate looked at the inventory system and found out that the part had just arrived that day and was still in a shipping tote. He dug through multiple shipping totes until he found the part that I needed. While he was doing that he asked another sales associate to look up the other part that I needed so that I didn't have to wait for that when he returned from the search for my first part.
