Im impressed of how republican secretary Wyman can hold state wide office in a blue state.

I had to have my MA diploma certified. I live abroad and I did everything via phone-calls and emails. Secretary of State have one person in charge of this. She never answered the phone and she was either in vacation or "out of her desk" . In almost a month of trying to reach SOS, I talked to her once. I explained my situation and she was annoyed that I made my university to mail my diploma to her. She told me that if I need to ship my diploma I will need to have an envelope inside with the address it needs to be send, but the $15 fee will cover the cost if its national mail. I told her the diploma was already shipped and I kindly ask her to put the address I gave her and it was written down in my envelope. She told she deals with people abroad all the time and she knows how to deal with it. She was rude and annoyed with me that I was telling her what I need. She was the expert. Anyhow, my diploma was certified and put in my $35 envelope that was aimed to be shipped from Washington DC to Dubai. She used my $35!!! envelope for one document. The guy from DC was LOL of the stupidity of the situation and I was sobbing because now I had to find a solution to ship my document to Dubai. The $15 fee was suppose to cover my mail, obviously she did not care about the situation. My feeling is that she needs to retire and she is done with her job. The most annoying part was that I explained so clearly via email, phone-call and having an instruction sheet, which she was clearly annoyed and a bit offended that i was telling her- the expert- how to do her job! That was for any means my intention. I wanted to make sure I am getting my diploma in time and correctly as I have a deadline. This has been insanely frustrating. If you need something certified, find a friend/ agency to do this for you.
