Comfort City Super Sleep Centers

I went in to Comfort City to shop for a twin mattress for our daughter. I found Dave to be very knowledgeable and helpful yet very laid back, not pushing us toward something we didn't want or couldn't afford. I was also impressed that there were mattresses in stock! My wife and I returned later to purchase a twin mattress. Again we found Dave to be very helpful. After finding a mattress for our daughter, my wife and I started shopping for a queen mattress. Dave listened to what we were looking for and made recommendations based on our wants. Again Dave proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful, yet didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or couldn't afford. Our queen mattress wasn't in stock, but we were able to pick it up the next day. Overall, we were very impressed with the customer service. We have only had our mattress for a few days, but so far we are satisfied! I will start at Comfort City first the next time we need a mattress!

Came in late on a Thursday and was greeted warmly and given excellent customer service by Dave. We are repeat customers because of how they are always so helpful and explain the pros/cons of our options. You can trust this place and know you are getting a quality product!

Wonderful experience this afternoon buying a mattress at Comfort City, Spokane Valley. We had already been to a couple of other places before making one last stop on the way home. Dave greeted us immediately, but was not pushy in the least! He was very informative and guided us along the way, making sure the mattress we chose best suited our needs. He was very knowledgeable of the products he sold, and answered all of my questions! Dave made us a package deal we were comfortable with, and we even loaded our mattress up in my Subaru and took it with us!

Passed by and decided to stop and look for a new mattress for my daughter. The service and knowledge shared was beyond comparison that I received at other furniture/mattress shops. Kimberly and Autumn were amazing. They asked me questions about my daughter to help me find the right mattress for her. I had a few other shops on my list, but decided I didn't need to look any further. I highly recommend Comfort City for any furniture and/or mattress needs... Amazing prices, excellent customer service, knowledge of all items in and out of their shop, plus shopping/supporting a local family business is another bonus! I will definitely be back!

We recently bought a bunk bed from Comfort City. They have a better selection than every other place we checked. And, they don’t work on commission. 🥳 Zero creepy/pushy vibes like you get at most stores right now. Dave even added free mattress covers. Furniture shopping is stressful but, they make it lots easier.

My boyfriend and I had such a good experience at the Comfort City on sprague. They were informative and helpful. We were able to get a sweet deal on a mattress, sheets, and a mattress protector. We were even able to take it home the same day, where we were quoted 6-12 weeks for a mattress at other stores. 100% recommend comfort city to anyone looking for a good deal on great furniture!

We just bought a mattress for my grandpa at Comfort City. Dave was so helpful and talked us through all the different models and suggested ones he thought would work best. It was a great experience. We will definitely use them again!

We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping in bed so choosing a mattress should be and is for me a very important decision! amazing place, we were looking for a new bed and drove by and decided to check it out. Dave helped us and he was super informative and such a great help. great prices, great quality. had the mattress on site and was able to walk out the door with it within 30 minutes. i would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a bed frame and headboard at their Spokane Valley Store. It is absolutely beautiful. I also had several questions regarding purchasing a mattress. Owners and staff spent unlimited time with me explaining the difference between several mattresses. They are honest, helpful and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll be heading back to Comfort City to purchase a mattress and have already highly recommended them to family and friends.

Dan and Kim were very helpful and knowledgeable. With there years of experience they were able to help us find our perfect mattress. My wife and I showed up about 25 minutes before they were suppose to close but Dan and Kim stayed with us until after 7pm. (they close at 6pm) It took awhile to figure out the best mattress for us. I would highly recommend Comfort City to anyone looking for a great mattress at very good price.

After visiting every other mattress store in the valley I Was most impressed with Comfort City. They are always so friendly and so knowledgeable about their product! When I went in I wasn’t sure what I needed but they helped me pick the right mattress for my sleep style that worked with my budget. Months later I was mattress shopping with a friend and after visiting a few stores we were beginning to feel discouraged with the high price tags and the offputting salespeople, so I recommended we try where I got my mattress. It was a minute past closing time but they warmly welcomed us in. They helped my friend find the right mattress for her. This is a family owned store and they have the best customer service, fair pricing for their product and really go out of their way to make sure you have everything taken care of. I would strongly recommend Comfort City for anyone looking for a mattress.

Kim was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between an AMAZON futon (which we'd originally purchased 4 months ago) and one of Comfort City's futons. We had a wonderful chat and, as we're new to the area, Kim gave us some wonderful tips and things new residents like us should be aware of. We just got the futon home today, so it's not set up yet and we have no idea of the difficulty of assembling or comfort. Once we've had it a little while, I will add to this review. Basically, this review is all about the customer service and attention to detail we received. Unless the futon is a real dud, and I will revise post if that's the case, we were completely satisfied with our buying experience. The only thing that surprised us was the cost, so I'm hoping we paid for quality. I recommend checking here before going to one of those 'discount' mattress stores.

We had an emergency and needed a mattress now. We last minute stopped here and glad we did. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Gene and was treated like family. He made the experience so easy and we were in and out with a mattress within 30 minutes. I don't want to forget to mention we got a great deal. 😉 Thanks Comfort City.

Went to comfort city to get a new mattress, Gene helped make sure we tried out several mattresses. They are not commission based so he didn’t try to upsell us he just wanted to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. He also gave us a discount for coming back. Very nice guy and helpful service!
