The girl in there who said she was fairly new was such good help! She hooked me up with a good deal on my upgrade and was beyond friendly. So has the rest of the people who have worked there. Blessed to support this local business.

I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! Thank YOu.

These guys are the best. I live in CDA but work in the valley. I had an emergency on a Monday (broken phone over the weekend) and had to have a phone because it’s hooked up to my place of employment. I went to them on my way to work and because I was in a tight spot they gave me a loaner phone and activated all of my contacts and email addresses for me, so I didn’t lose any calls or emails coming in from my customers. I walked out with a perfectly good loaner phone while they sent my broken one to their tech. Didn’t ask a thing out of me other than to return the phone when mine was taken care of. I only go to them now. I have a Cricket store a mile from my home in cda but I will only do business with this location from now on. Very rare to receive this kind of customer service these days. Highly recommend these guys, they saved my a**!

Went in to the cricket store in spokane valkey, to switch frim verizon wireless. Paid $100.00 for 2 phones, $50.00 activation fees. Took 25 minutes that was great. I'm saving anywhere from $75.00 to $100.00 on my phone bill with cricket!!! Verizon was $200.00 plus amonth with there hidden fees. I have the same plan.

Unlike a few other cricket stores I have visited, these guys are top notch. Clean place. Friendly. Very knowledgable and more than willing help

Owner is one of the nicest salesman I've met and with cricket on at&t network is probably one of the cheapest way to get phone service that's not a prepaid phone
