Complete Medical Weight Loss and Anti-Aging

I've been going to complete medical off and on for a couple of years for various weight loss and overall health goals. The staff has been great to work with! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to work with me individually and do what makes sense for me with my lifestyle. Absolutely love working with them! 💪 💪

Started going to complete medical about a year ago and absolutely adore their team. I use the lipo injection, and b12 injection and absolutely love them. Staff is awesome and they always have my stuff ready to pick up before I even get there. I would definitely recommend there programs for a weighloss journey 😀

Very personable staff and willing to help you modify your plan according to your needs and wants. After struggling to lose weight on my own Healthy Habits was recommended to me by a friend - I won't lie, the price tag of the 14-week lifestyle program that I agreed to was a little steep, but I felt that I was worth it and the amount of attention, medications, vitamin shots and support I was going to receive would be worth it. 2 weeks from the end of my program I am 5 pounds away from my 40 pound weight loss goal. I had the support I needed anytime I needed it, let them know my limitations and weaknesses and they helped to accommodate me and personalized my program so that I could still enjoy a moderate amount of indulgences while still working towards my goal. My counselor is very kind and supportive as has been the rest of the staff. I know this is what I needed to change my lifestyle and I committed to it (you HAVE to commit to the plan) and am better for it. I feed my body in the way that is conducive to a healthy weight loss/maintenance plan and will not deviate from that in the future because I no longer crave the junk foods I once did (your tastes change if you commit) and because of the amazing results I have experienced you cannot deny that this program works. I am finally in a healthy weight range, my BMI is healthy, my body fat is where is should be and I have so much more energy now. This program works and I am so happy I gave it a chance - it's a commitment time wise, financially, mentally and physically, but in the end it has all been worth it!

I love this place the price is a bit steep but you get what you pay for. The staff is amazing eager to help you can call them any time if you have questions. I got the counsel weight loss as well as the injections. I have been losing weight quickly and safely.

They got us right in and taken care of. All of the staff was super friendly and made me feel at home and I felt free to speak my mind. We got a reasonable price worked out, it was slightly expensive but worth it and they got us set up in no time at all. There wasn't any beating around the bush with our plan, we got exactly what we needed and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have enjoyed Healthy Habits and the very helpful and friendly staff on E. Sprague in the Valley. The program is excellent and always delivers the results your looking for. I highly recommend this for weight loss. I have lost a minimum of 20-25 pounds one his program.

I have been educated now and know exactly what it takes to lose the weight just by eating delicious healthy food and drinking water made the lbs shed quickly too!
