Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress

I just bought this set with 2 recliner rockers.
I have bought furniture at Complete Suite a few times now, and I'm never disappointed! I highly recommend Complete Suite!!

This place is Wonderful in all aspects. It is spacious , great deals , fantastic service , incredible personnel . Warm atmosphere but fully air conditioned . You will love this place just like I did . Do yourself a favor and check this place out . Oh by the way they have a clearance center ( for those looking for Those amazing deals)

Looked at sectional sofas online for months before stopping here on a whim. The salesman, Ken I believe, was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He knew what was in stock, and when I decided to purchase right then, he made sure I could pick it up at the warehouse. I've had my new couch and loves loveseat set for several weeks now, and I'm so happy with my purchase! It's a reclining set, and the day after I brought it home one of the seats was stuck open. I called and they had their service manager come an fix the issue the next day. I am very impressed with the sales staff, warehouse staff, and service department. The showroom had a great selection, and I will definitely go back the next time I need to make a large purchase for my home.

My wife and I had the best shopping experience yesterday. We had bought our last furniture set from them. We were in the market to buy another set so we figured we would shop around. What a mistake and waist of time. Our last stop was the only stop we needed to make. At completely suite furniture. We were greeted at the door by Mike the owner. Mike gave us the layout of the store and told us they were offering an additional 20% off. I seen signs that said they would beat any price. We found the exact set we liked at a different store. It was a little more... so I thought. I asked if they would mach the price and after they took the additional 20% off it was less then I had hoped. Bottom line. Best price, best costumer service, locally owned and made in the USA.

We came in looking for some couches. We came in close to closing one evening and spoke with Steve, who was very helpful! He was not pushy, very personable, and made sure to show us everything that was similar to what things we were looking for in furniture. We came in and found him about a week later, and the process of buying was way easier than we were expecting. The employees were all kind and ready to help, and all the furniture looked great and had great quality! We are so excited to get our new couches!

Same products you can get at most of the stores in Spokane, but this group was great to do business with. Our salesman Steve went above and beyond what you would typically see. We also had an issue with one of the pieces, the return and replacement was handled without hesitation.

I would also comment that on both deliveries the guys were not only professional they took the extra time to answer all our questions.

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good experience in selecting new furniture.

Complete Suite has absolutely made return customers out of my family and myself. We had our furniture delivered right after Christmas, and the delivery guys told us they had an issue, that the warehouse had given them the wrong slats for my 3 year old’s bed and they wouldn’t be able to finish it. I called the store kind of panicking that we had a half built bed in my child’s room. I spoke to the manager, and he assured he would get it taken care of. Well, later the same day, I received a call from their service tech that he would be here in 10-15 minutes. He came and figured out the issue - that the legs had been put on backwards, and fixed it for us. He also installed the mirror on our chest dresser, that the delivery and install guys said they could not do and I’d have to contact the store for that (which is not actually the case). A huge thank you to Complete Suite for resolving my issue SAME DAY and ensuring my child had a place to sleep. I would recommend them to anyone and we will absolutely be purchasing our living room furniture from Complete Suite!

I called in search of a buffet server..with Covid furniture is getting hard to find. I spoke with Tina..she was amazing. She had one in stock and I was able to bring it home the next day! She was so gracious. I'd never been in this store before and was very impressed with their selection and prices. Definitely recommend this store!

My wife and I built a new house and wanted a nice sectional for a living room. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Complete Suite and always have. The salesmen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a custom ordered sectional so we were told to expect about 8-12 weeks for delivery especially with Covid. The sectional showed up before expected and couldn't be more satisfied with it. We will be buying all of our future furniture from Complete Suite!

Teena was wonderful to work with!! Very friendly & knowledgeable, and if she didn't know the answer she hunted it down right away! No pressure and no pushing!! I bought a dining set Saturday, and returned Sunday to buy a living room set! This is my second time buying from Complete Suite, and I'll be back again! 😁

Have bought several new things for our new home. Each and every one of the employees have been nothing but superior. Most excellent. All very knowledgeable of every item on the floor.
The gentlemen who delivered all the furniture were extremely professional and very kind.

We bought a power recliner for our mother and it the perfect chair for her. It is beautiful and very well made. The price was reasonable as well. I received great customer service in the store.

My aunt was looking for a love seat and sofa combo and Steve was very helpful without being pushy. He was informative on the product and was a great help at getting financing that worked within my aunt's budget.

Surprisingly large couch selection compared to when I stopped by other stores. My sales lady was Teena who was always around when I needed to ask questions but still gave me plenty of space when I was looking around.

Have to agree with all of the positive reviews. Great furniture, competitive prices, great staff.

Steven Bailey had the best customer service out of anyone there. He was able to sell me a pair of recliners that I are so comfortable I never want to leave!
