This office is full of professional and knowledgeable customer service staff. They were able to schedule me for an emergency consultation, immediately. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Top notch crew from the front desk to the dental assistant and doctor. They explained the process to me every step of the way. They were gentle and thorough. Outstanding service. Thank you. I was intrigued to notice that every staff member had big, beautiful smiles at the Olympia, WA office on Martin Way.
Tina was the best of all! She was so kind, engaging & caring! You are so lucky to have her in your clinc! Dr. Ashour was also very kind + gracious & professional. The reception staff were very helpful by checking on my insurance reimbursement. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

What a great experience. I was so stressed out about having a root canal and it was just fine. I couldn't believe it. They talked me through everything. I was very impressed! They were all so nice too. Very happy

In the area on vacation from Florida and had an infected tooth and exposed nerve from a filling that fell out. This office not only fit me in for a consult same day, they also did the extraction.

Upon arrival to my appointment, the staff is very concerned and helpful with suggestions on my dental care. I had number 20 Extracted the dentist took very good care of me. I had no pain level afterwards that I did not need Painkillers

I've been going to the local to me office for years.
Staff come off short at times, with that said they are VERY busy office.

I'm usually early, yet always in a chair on time. Which most can attest is great to keep me on my schedule.
My gums and such are pretty tender, they usually make sure I'm comfortable...I fully appreciate.

Billing sometimes gets messy, feel that's simply nature of the service.

All the staff are excellent well trained and very courteous. Appointments are on time and easily made to fit my schedule. This is the best dental team I have ever utilized.

Today is August 10, 2023 and its been a while sine my last cleaning and when I walked in the office, I was greeted by name. It made me feel special. The Dental office was clean the furniture was changed. Much nicer and welcoming. It was not long before I was taken to my chair and as usual, I was treatment was the best care possible. When it came time for my cleaning, I was told that I do a good job with my hygiene care. The Doctor Exam was thorough and completed with much care. I really enjoy the fluoride treatment and the instructions was easy to follow. At the time if my checking out, I was given my next appointment. Bright Now Dental is a wonderful place. Thanks again, for a wonderful and lasting experience.

After struggling to find dentists accepting New patients throughout my pregnancy, my husband went in here a few weeks ago, uninsured, came back with a care charge card, and was able to explain it very clearly to me (which means someone did a VERY good job explaining it to him first 😅)
I went in after years of neglect, and the folks here made me feel safe and respected.
I had to change my procedure at the last minute due to budgeting issues and they were very accommodating.
I had a cavity along the side of my front tooth and they went above and beyond to sculpt it and the calcified tooth next to it into a beautifully shaped smile!!!

They got me in quick and answered all my questions. Pricing is also super reasonable for someone without insurance. I also wanted to mention who ever the gal was that checked me out yesterday afternoon (I didn't catch her name) was so awesome about explaining things and squeezing me in super fast for my next couple appointments. Her customer service was top notch.

From the greeting I got walking in to the amazing care I received, I was incredibly happy with every aspect of the office. There a no better place!!! I was so pleased with how the dentist discussed my options with me and made sure I understood the procedure so that I felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful, whether explaining my dental insurance plan or making a future appointment. I love how quickly I was able to get into the office and I appreciate their extended hours so I don't have to miss work. I'll never go anywhere else.

The office was very clean and inviting. The staff were polite and friendly. Over my lifetime I had bad experiences with dentist. I shared my concerns with the technician and she was very helpful in explaining things she so shard this with the doctor. I definitely recommend going to Bright Now as it was my best dentist experience today's.
