Yoga East is a wonderful place to practice. The large studio offers several sort of props from blocks, to eye pillows etc. The teachers are extremely attuned to the yogis, communicating and offering modifications and helping when needed. The classes have different levels from chair yoga to intermediate, and classes are prepared and presented in a mindful and sensitive way to accommodate every student. My experience at YOGA EAST has been super beneficial and amazingly feeling. Very highly recommended!

Likely the most well round yoga practice group in town.
Many style offerings including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and more. Classes are available for beginners and advanced students.

Have been to a few of the beginner classes and always feel amazing after. They also provide a mat or any other props if you can't bring your own, which is awesome

I love Yoga because it helps me improve my self and to have a healthier life Yoga East is a very relaxing and peaceful place to be, the people are so friendly the staff is very professional. Everything is almost perfect and I can't wait to visit again.

Went in to buy a membership for months unlimited for $45 because they had a promo going on the after was informed that they lied and I bought 10 classes for $45. Ridiculous and they were remarkably rude people. Disrespect
On all levels. I will be telling people not to come here and I advise that you don't come here as well. Awful place.
