The customer service here was top notch. Myself and my twin sister from DC stopped in a few months ago and the thing we enjoyed most was we were showered with a friendly attitude from Asha. She discussed with us the different items they had. She walked with us through the store to help us find what we were looking for instead of just saying “They’re over there.” This gave us a feeling of recognition and we appreciated the attention. It definitely motivated us to advertise this store to our friends and families.

Wonderful, friendly staff greet you as you enter the door and see the beautiful clothing that is available for purchase. If you want fashion that makes a statement, this is your place to shop.

My go to place when I am in a scrambling for something nice to wear. The service is impeccable and the style and inventory spot on for my style. Iesha has helped me often. Terrific stylist. I love Rodeo Drive.

Expensive

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and whatever you do -DO NOT use their seamstress. I purchased a 500 dollar dress and what they assured me would be a simple alteration turned out to completely ruin my dress. The lining was sticking out of the bodice of the dress and there was a gap under the arm. I discovered this the week before I was to attend a wedding in Italy. When I called the store and explained the situation, the woman I spoke with suggested I find someone from my CHURCH to fix it. Eventually they offered to refund me for a professional to fix, however this was July 4th week and I could not find anyone to fix it in short notice. Unfortunately, I had to buy another dress.
