Valley Physical Therapy

I have been going there for back and shoulder pain, also knee pain. After 2 weeks of therapy, twice a week, I am back to running again, while before I could barely move. Thank you very much for your knowledge, motivation, compassionate and professional care. Never had an issue with an appointment scheduling, payment processing, etc.

I’ve been going here for years for multiple different surgeries and injuries with a variety of different therapists in this location. They’re always extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I’m very surprised to see people giving them 1 or 2 stars, I would definitely recommend.

All staff are friendly, personable and knowledgeable!!! I always feel well cared for and can already see the results from personalized care. I would absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends and return in the future if ever needed.

These guys really know their stuff! The exercises they had me do made my shoulder feel 100% better. Intelligent, friendly, confident staff!

Very professional care with a very kind and caring staff.
With in weeks they had my shoulders strong enough to to move about with far less pain and more mobility. There one on one physical therapist were very knowledgable on all aspects and treatments of my injuries.
My experience at Valley physical therapy was nothing short of 4 stars.

Absolutely wonderful place I missed an appointment there a couple times for things that were going on in my life and they actually should genuine care and called me and gave me the opportunity to go in and talk to them about what was going on every time I went in there by the time I was done my hand felt a 110% better thank you so much

Their equipment, what there is of it, is out of date. Staff is nice enough. It all just seems outdated. Youthful Horizons is just down the block. They have a heated pool and take state insurance.

I was homeless for a few months and slept in my car. The muscles in my upper body atrophied and I discovered that if I felt on the floor I was unable to get up on my own without calling 911. My doctor set up a referral to valley physical therapy. It took them there weeks to set up an introduction appointment for me that would be two months later.because of my physical problems and knowing that I needed to call the fire department to help me up if i fell. I live everyday knowing that I don't have the strength to get off the floor and the one place that could help me is so incompetent that they won't hire enough people to help those who need them. I don't go anywhere and live as a shutin because if i fall crossing the street I know I'm done for. Thanks for nothing valley physical therapy.

Unkind and unprofessional. Their recommendation to "just stop using" my arm when I was in my first appointment describing my situation gave me no confidence in their listening skills. After 6 appointments, their lack of care or knowledge left me confused and disappointed at the terrible practices in this office.

Poor customer service, they will tell you one appointment time and have another. They will have you follow someone to a backroom and without another word leave you for 30 minutes. Receptionist is taking personal cellphone calls at the desk at check in. Doctor finally comes in and then leaves to call another patient....2020

Each session I am getting different instructions on what to do and what is wrong with my back. Every person I see has their own way of doing it but doing seem to talk to each other. I have about 30 ex cerise’s and don’t know which to do....2018
